With all we see going on in the world, I wanted to share a reminder about the brilliant design of our physical bodies and the universe.
Our body’s ability to heal itself is miraculous and available to each of us.
Beside controlling our thoughts and emotions, boosting our immune systems and detoxing from all the chemicals in our environment is our best and safest bet when it comes to fighting harmful bacteria or viruses. [Actually, our bodies are MADE of these things that serve us very well. Exposure is our ally… along with fresh air and food, clean water, good sleep and moving our bodies]
Two weeks into the personal/global slowdown/reset… the canals of Venice were clear and dolphins, fish and swans could be seen swimming about. From Mumbai, the Himalayas became visible for the first time in 30 years, birds showed up in LA and sheep came down from the hills and grazed in lawns around London. What a blessing this has been to our planet and its inhabitants!
This is the shift in paradigms I’ve been going on and on about. Yes, please and Thank you!

Aside from the physical action steps you can take to support yourself and family, the very most important factor is your thoughts and focus. Everything works or NOTHING works based on your beliefs and current mental state. That means no medicine, surgery or modality works if you don’t consciously support it. And to the contrary, the most simple and easy solution works if you believe in it.
I love you so much and have missed communicating regularly. But, sometimes big things have to happen to shake up the status quo. I say Yes and Thank you! This has been the most transformative time for me and I’m learning new things about myself and the world daily.
