How To Detoxify Your Body
|Eliminate alcohol/refined sugar/cigarettes/saturated fats, chemical based household cleaners and personal health care products.||Find natural alternatives that support your healthy life. Search the internet for “natural alternatives to ____” Use your discernment to see what’s right for you.||By eliminating the toxins we can control we support ourselves by limiting our own exposure. |Breathe deeply||Allow oxygen to circulate through your system. Take 10 slow deep breaths throughout your day. Breath deep into your belly, fill your chest and finally your head, hold for the count of 2 and passively release the breath with an audible sigh. Repeat as needed… specially during time of stress or upset.||This type of breathing activates our parasympathetic nervous system that supports a healthy immune function. Also, an oxygenated body is a healthy body. Cancer cannot survive in an oxygenated environment.|
|Sleep||Develop bed time rituals that help support your winding down and healing through restful sleep. Kava kava, valerian root or melatonin are all natural support for relaxation and sleep.||Your brain is able to recharge, reorganize and eliminate toxins during sleep.|
|Spring or Alkaline water||Endeavor to drink 1 gal on days of Chemo||All disease starts in a acidic environment. Drinking alkalized or spring water supports flushing the liver of toxins and alkalizes our bodies.|
|Raw Organic Celery Juice||Consume on an empty stomach first thing in the morning for maximum effect. But any consumption will be beneficial.||Flush toxins from the liver|
