No matter what direction you’re headed, you can always turn it around.
Mentally, emotionally, physically… you can turn around your life, your health, your career, your relationships, even the soil and our environment… every single thing can be turned around.
In any given moment, you have within your ability to turn anything around.
What a relief! So, now that we know the bigger picture, take a deep breath and relax. The rest is just details.
Now For the Details
Have you ever changed jobs or moved to a new house and found yourself driving toward the old location? Then what happened? Did you keep driving to the old place? I doubt it, you probably snapped to, laughed to yourself and adjusted your course to your new destination. No big deal.
This is exactly the work of turning around our mental and emotional state. We remember our new destination is health, peace and joy so we turn around as quickly as we can when we find ourselves headed in the opposite direction.
So, the only way things couldn’t turn around is if we are UNWILLING to turn them around. And that’s something we each have to work through individually. No one is creating in our reality. It’s just us.
I decided in my 20’s I would rather be happy than right. I thank God everyday I made that particular decision. Yes, please and thank you.
How To Turn It Around
First, just imagine what it would be like if you could easily do that emotionally and mentally? Just turn it around and get yourself moving in the direction of your own peace, health and joy.
Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to let go of the old story lines of anger, resentment, dis-ease, frustration, irritation, indecision, upset or overwhelm?
This idea of a mental/emotional detox is actually a life saving perspective and tool for the empaths among us.
If you aren’t an empath, you might think this isn’t important. But be assured, it’s highly valuable for everyone to actually feel what they feel in their own body for the good information it is and to release it and allow it to move. This opens the space for things to be better and more in alignment with your highest values and ideals.
Did you keep every book you ever borrowed from the library? Or did you read it, gather the information and return the book? Same thing goes with our feelings, we experience them for us to gather the information we need about what we’re currently facing. Honesty and discernment are our best tools for sorting through this information for what’s real and true and what’s not.
If you can begin to think about being able to easily say thank you, let it go and turn it around, you’ve got a lot better chance of actually doing it. After all, everything starts in our mind.
Get To The Root
This is the #1 cause for addiction of any sort and substance abuse, trying to numb something or feel something. Mentally and emotionally detoxifying yourself is your own personal entry point into unravelling the programming needed to address those issues honestly.
We should want to (be able to) let go of the old stories we continue to tell ourselves and others. And we can. We can have healthy, happy mental and emotional lives that allows for the familial and community connections all humans crave.
This is how our bodies naturally work when we acknowledge our own feelings and allow them to inform us. And properly using that information is how we detoxify our system mentally and emotionally.
When you allow the physical energy of the emotion to be felt and acknowledged it can then be understood and acted upon. That’s what I call turning it around.
And Even Better
What’s even better than just being able to control your emotions, enjoying physical health and joyful connection with others? Your body will change as well.
Releasing toxic mental and emotional baggage allows your body to begin functioning at a higher level. You’ll notice you feel better and have more energy. You’ll want to do things that are good for your body and you’ll notice that crap food will begin to taste like it. You’ll feel how good it feels to feel good and you’ll be inspired to more action that feels genuinely good. Not trying to numb/feel something to get away from yourself.
You’ll begin to notice how food, tv, show’s, conversations, social media apps, FEEL when participating or engaging in them and be able to make the decision to either stop doing it or move the energy around that particular situation. And it’s up to you in every moment.
The quicker we turn around negative thought patterns or habitual physical practices the easier it will be to create change quickly.
You still have free will to do it the old way, but with my life and experience I’ll go with mine.

And, my words, not his… Doing the right things for ourselves and our environment won’t require us to pay major money to corrupt politicians to fly private jets to climate crisis summits. It’s a win, win!

Do you want all of your previous struggles to be for your benefit?
Can you see how transition can be messy and scary? Have NEVER had a bad haircut? It’ll grow back. Promise.

Welcome To Humanity
When we think of the idea that God or the Universe loves us like a father, I have to laugh. My fathering experience wasn’t warm, fuzzy and nurturing. My raising felt much like that of a baby giraffe, and consequently, that’s how I’ve lived my life. (More about this in an upcoming blog on Blind Spots)
I’m realizing now, more and more, how often I don’t fully feel like I live in a world that loves and supports me. That’s not a familiar feeling for me personally, and I highly doubt I’m the only one.
But, fortunately, I’m in the business of moving energy and being comfortable with uncomfortable feelings, so I’m not the least bit disturbed. I do move through the emotions of sadness, I’m still human.
I feel the familiar feeling in my solar plexus of being on my own, without support. I hold in my heart the version of myself that has shown up in this moment, needing that support, and I breathe. I say bless my heart. We all came here to have the experiences we have, so we can learn the things we came here to learn.
If I didn’t get that, I wouldn’t be this.
And I came here to be this.
I love you so much.
I’m happy to feel what I feel and have gone through every single thing I’ve gone through to be able to tell you, you’ll be ok.
You too can get through this, feeling more joy and confidence with a deeper level of understanding of yourself, your life path, and the entire situation. The moment you realize it, you can’t help but let it go. Yes, please and thank you!
And that’s all we have to do to make major changes in our lives.
Just let go.
Let got of all the shit that doesn’t serve you anymore. Let go of needing things to be different. Let go of needing things to have BEEN different. They weren’t. It was what it was, and now it’s over. Learn from it and move on.
Stop believing in the struggle. Stop struggling. Set it down, lay it down, feel through it, appreciate it for the great information it was then and is today, and let it go.
There’s nothing to hold onto. Only things to let go of.
We’ve spent a lifetime learning the wrong way of looking at things.
This Un-Learning will be the most powerfully important thing you’ll ever do.
As you do you’ll remember life is a game, and the reality of life is LOVE.
Everybody has problems. Every single person in this world has problems. So I thought I’d share some of my struggles with you.
Oh, hey hey, you say. I thought you were a Conscious Creator? It’s SIMPLE, you say! Create your own reality, you say!
How can someone have struggles if they’re so good at creating their own reality?
Welcome To Humanity!
Being a conscious creator doesn’t mean that you’ll never have another struggle ever again.
It does mean, however, that any struggle you face, you’ll see as a catalyst for your own growth. You won’t be totally upset by anything and it will give you a higher level of conscious awareness as to which direction you should go next to move yourself closer to what you want.
Some folks may think I don’t have any troubles, because I don’t talk about them. I really only complain about petty and non-meaningful things, quickly, and often, in jest.
In all honesty, we’re human, we’ve all got “problems”.
But, if I am really, REALLY upset or worried about something, NO ONE will EVER know.
It’s one of my tricks as a Conscious Creator to move as quickly as I can through difficulties, without including a bunch of folks in a storyline I’d rather not play out.
I’m not saying to not talk things through. What I am saying is be careful who you take into your confidence. Only share with folks that will allow you to move quickly through the hard parts to come to the best decision you can for yourself and your family.
I say Bless my heart all the time. There are any number of scenarios that can play out during a day that might frustrate or irritate me. My answer to that is “Bless my heart!”. All day every day. This is what life is about. Moving quickly through the difficult bits. Acknowledging the minutiae and being kind to yourself makes it much easier to get through.
I promise to do better 20 times a day. Though I want to do my best every time, sometimes, I fall short. But, I don’t give myself a hard time. I breathe through, shake it off and tell myself, “I’ll do better next time” and often times do. 🙂
I have aches and pains that I have to stop my mind from making into a thing. My mind can be every bit as unruly as the next person. I just don’t give it any leeway. I understand we are vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe and I tell myself as much when my mind tries to convince me it “could” be something else.
I feel frustrated, irritated and overwhelmed sometimes. My life isn’t perfect. I don’t have everything I want. Many things can seem difficult for me. So, I don’t try to think about, worry over or fix any of them. I tell myself it’s all Energy and it’s all moving and it always eventually does. I don’t rush myself or make it a big deal when it takes longer than I’d like.
Ioften wish I could use my hands to change things, which is supremely frustrating because I know the most powerful and easiest way to make real and lasting change is by moving the energy. But, that doesn’t preclude me from thinking “I’ve got to DO something!” on a fairly regular basis.
I feel uncomfortable when moving through the energy of… not wanting something because it’s someone else’s idea, even though it may be a good idea. Oh my gosh. This is so childish. Yet, here I find myself sometimes.
I’m sure I could come up with plenty more, but we’ll leave it here for now.
This Is All Human Nature
Move through the energy of all negative upset by allowing yourself to feel what the emotion feels like physically in your body, without telling yourself a bunch of unhelpful stories about what those feelings mean and EVERYTHING changes. Whew. Yes, please and thank you!

Let’s look again at what fear actually is. It’s information. Really. A self fulfilling prophesy. Absolutely both.
So, what do we do with this fear? How do we use it to our benefit rather than letting it run our lives in a way that lowers our immune system and keeps us from making the best decisions for ourselves, based on our own knowledge of our hearts, minds and bodies?
The answer is this… pay attention and educate yourself.
Become aware of the motivations of others. Are they trying to set you free or are they controlling you?
Don’t blindly follow anyone off of a cliff. Keep your eyes peeled back and your britches on.
Let’s go through a couple ways fear is perpetuated.
THE GREAT MOTIVATOR EXPOSED
We don’t see the world as ITis, we see the world as WE are.
If we’re happy and well adjusted we’ll see things as such. But, if we lie, cheat and steal, we’ll think and accuse others of lying, cheating and stealing. When we do things wrong, we tend to think and accuse others of doing those same things.
Projection, the mental process by which people attribute to others what is in their own minds… At a social level, racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, and other malignant “othering” mindsets have been attributed at least partly to projection.
If you are accused of doing or BEING something you know you are not, there is nothing to worry about; don’t “buy in” mentally to the accusation. If you know your own heart, and I hope you do, you already know the truth.
Recognize that these are tactics used by people, both intentionally and unintentionally, to make you feel something. Usually, the effort is trying to elicit some lower emotion like guilt, shame, fear, worry or compliance.
So, if it has worked, and you are feeling upset or triggered… relax, breathe and move through the energy physically in your body while supporting yourself mentally. These can be hurtful and upsetting moments.
Give yourself the loving support you need to move through it and come to a clearer understanding of what’s actually happening.
Recognize that it’s your job to move your own energy around each upset you face, and notice if you’re projecting your own issues onto people around you.
If you are, no problem! It’s great to become aware of what’s going on and begin doing the work of “seeing about our own self”.
It’s nobody’s job to make you happy or keep you informed. Take command of your life and begin moving in the direction YOU want to go.
Also, now is the time to become well aware of the massive amounts of projection going on around us at all times. This group blaming that group and that group blaming this group, it’s never helpful.
Intend to see beyond the distractions and keep yourself centered.
What’s really going on? Who’s really doing what? What clear and factual evidence do we have on the whole subject, not just someone’s opinion? (And at this point the NEWS is just a few folks opinion, not many real facts included.)
Have you ever watched someone instigate a fight between two other people? Could you see their motivation?
What did the instigator have to gain? What DOES an instigator have to gain?
Spend more time asking yourself questions about your beliefs rather than just looking for more evidence that supports them. This is doubly important when we’re looking at negative beliefs that assume some one individual or a whole group of “like” people are the bad.
You know what gaslighting is. You’ve had or watched another go through a love interest that was absolutely “crazy making”. Being the most attentive lover in one moment and lying and cheating with the next breath, all the while CONvincing the victim it’s their fault.
In my helping people move through difficult relationships, I have been given countless examples of this very behavior. “Can you believe they did that?” To which I’d respond, “Yes, I can.”
When you see it, it’s very clear, but when you’re in it, the story is very different.
Gaslighting is an insidious form of manipulation and psychological control. Victims of gaslighting are deliberately and systematically fed false information that leads them to question what they know to be true, often about themselves. They may end up doubting their memory, their perception, and even their sanity. Over time, a gaslighter’s manipulations can grow more complex and potent, making it increasingly difficult for the victim to see the truth.
Gaslighting has been a tool of totalitarianism for many years. Insisting on total devotion with no ability to question or dissent, even if the mandate is self destructive. Lies are repeated over and over until they are taken for truth. The way of communication is deceptive and coercive, leading you directly to the one CONclusion, that you aren’t allowed to investigate.
When you begin to notice that a very small group gains MORE money and MORE power while a large group loses freedom, you’re catching on to the game.
This feels like a great time to remind you, that you are a powerful, free will, individual that can be, do, and have whatever you want.
You have the right to ask questions, make your own decisions and follow your own highest path. No matter what anyone else does or wants you to do. Virtue signalers and moral grandstanders can take a hike.
It may sometimes feel as if you are controlled by others, but the tools I share with you, will put your freedom firmlyinto your own capable hands.
But more importantly, you’ll learn here with me, about the game that will set you free from all struggle and outside, unwanted control.
The Game is Conscious Creation and the way to win is by learning to navigate your energy and emotions. Let’s go!!
YOU Are in the Driver’s Seat
One of my sisters texted me the pic below, saying it was too good not to share, I agree wholeheartedly. Thank you, Dawnie! Tears flowed while my heart soared as I read this page. This is how I know truth.
Can you recognize what that feels like for you? Do you think that Love is the Truth? Or do you think Fear is the Truth?
Whatever you expect, is what you’re creating. Don’t worry, everyone else is doing the same thing.
You can turn to, accept and embrace LOVE in any and every moment. Releasing the fear, drama and anger for understanding, lightening up and laughing about previous upsets, which will support a more just and equitable world and environment for everyone.
But, you have to decide you’re sick and tired of being mad and blaming others for your own emotions. We’ve all been there, it’s no big deal. Just don’t LIVE there for goodness sake!!!
Take a deep breath and relax. Notice what you’re feeling physically in your body. Now read the following text, notice what your mind says about what you read.

Health is wealth, and a well-fortified immune system is the key to good health, and the simple key to a strong immune system is happiness. We are vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe.
Fully awakening to this fact will serve you very well on your journey of Conscious Creation by releasing your mind from Fear. In the last post, I pointed out how fear has been used by many as a system of control and ask you to think about how this system presents in your own life. Do you do it? Or do you notice all the ways it’s being done to you?
Your physical body is the most advanced form of measurement of consciousness in the universe. Your intuition is the purest form of truth and information available to you and learning this language is easier than you think and more powerful than you can imagine.
The real and true science explains more precisely than ever before that the world is actually responding to us. We are, in fact (everything is), atoms vibrating, oscillating fields of energy… ultimately vibration.
Would you take a scalpel and cut vibration from vibration? Would you feed a pill to vibration? Or would you just raise the vibrational frequency to get a different result?
It seems pretty simple to me, but, it all depends on your level of consciousness. To what extent do you choose to participate in drama and struggle? First you will engage in that behavior and do, and then you just won’t, no matter what. That’s the process of evolving into a Conscious Creator and where ever you are on your journey is perfect. We all have to do what we have to do.
But, not understanding what has been proven over and over, or just not knowing about it because the powers that be prefer the old systems of control (FEAR), doesn’t makeit not so. Gravity works whether you understand it or not. Same goes with energy and vibration.
The Scientific Method
The truth is the truth and facts are facts. The scientific method has been the same for a long time. Ask a question, do your research, form a hypothesis, test it with experiments (results must be able to be replicated by others), analyze the data and report the conclusions.
Science is about questioning and testing, and, questioning and testing, and, peer reviewed studies, by multiple peers and groups. So, if only one group can produce the results, that doesn’t hold up. But, if multiple people or teams have the same findings, we know this to be true.
IF a team is FUNDED by folks with a vested interest in a particular outcome, scrutinize those results and have another team NOT FUNDED by those interests also perform the exact experiments. This is truth and these are facts.
The Process of Conscious Creation
From the inner/understanding that “we live in a dynamic vibrational universe and our thoughts, attention, focus, and the physical sensations of our emotions (our divine instrument panel) are guiding us to and through our experiences and we have the free will to choose”…
What feels like it would be most helpful and would move us in the direction of what we want? Focusing on fear, separation, doom and gloom, which absolutely creates more of that. OR, recognizing that it’s all energy and it’s all moving. Free will allows us to make our own choice. Can you begin to notice when you choose fear in your arguments and reasoning? Noticing is the first part of the process.
When someone (from friend to journalist) is telling a story that triggers a negative reaction, what would be your most beneficial response? React or reflect? Are you trying to create a better world or more of the same?
Noticing we have been baited with fear (over the top or worst case scenarios), and moving through what comes up for us (mentally, emotionally and physically) around that fear, we can shift the whole scenario.
By not “buying in” you’re taking your power back and taking big steps in shifting the Collective Conscious from it’s knee jerk fear based reactions. And when that happens, the triggering situations will slow and eventually stop. Simple as that. It’s a learning curve, that just needs to be started. Join us! Let’s live in a fear free world.
On the other side of that, if you really are afraid of what you’re being told, move through what comes up around it (mentally, emotionally and physically), and you can shift the whole scenario. Perhaps a traumatic childhood (or later) memory or experience keeps you mulling over the past and reliving painful stories. But, knowing what you’ve learned here on my blog, you can soften and relax around anything to live joyfully free of fear and anxiety.
It’s a win win situation. And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. You have more control over your physical reality that some folks WANT you to know.
You are the commander of your own vessel. Others can only create in your reality to the extent you buy into or are influenced by their opinions or demands.
You can tell propaganda when it’s really shiny and wrapped up neatly by reporters being paid for their services. Don’t just take someone else’s word it. Dig deeper into what they are telling you. Are they supporting your feelings of fear or feelings of peace?
Fear and the promotion of fear is manipulation. Fear porn is an actual tactic, maybe you’ve seen any number of the films coming out of Hollyweird in the last 20 years? Don’t ask me, I stopped watching.
Awareness is Key.
I do my best to allow nature to be nature.
But, as I sit and enjoy being in my backyard and I watch the birds drinking, eating and hopping around, if I see my well fed and cared for neighbor’s cat lurking, ready to pounce on them, it would be pretty shitty of me to not sound an alarm.
On one hand, I could let nature take it’s course, but on the other hand if I have knowledge that can help people, then it would be my bad if I didn’t share that information. So, if you’re in a place to hear this, YAY for you. And ME!
Properly Dealing with Fear
Fear is information, just like the physical sensations you feel in your body. Information.
When we inner/understand this and begin seeing fear for what it is, we can make informed decisions about how to handle both the fear, and the perpetrators of that fear.
As a parent, if there is an emergency situation while you are with your children…. Do you freak out and tell them every negative scenario that could possibly happen? Do you remind them constantly they are in danger? Or do you, do your best to calm yourself and soothe them? Will things run more smoothly if they are calm or upset? Would there be any benefit at all to scaring or freaking out your own children? (I’ll let you think about parenting through fear on this question)
If you are a business owner or manager and there’s an emergency at work… Do you immediately run around telling your employees that shit is hitting the fan and they should bend over and kiss their asses goodbye? Would it be good for your business to make everyone afraid and nervous about what terrible thing could potentially happen? Would there be any benefit at all to scaring the crap out of your employees?
As a parent, could you sit with your children and tell them everything is going to be alright? Could you hug them and breathe with them, and tell them that whatever happened, things will work out and we’ll all get through it?
As a business owner, could you tell your employees that “things happen”, but we keep moving forward. Could you calm fears and ease hearts and assure them that whatever was happening, we’ll get through it and be better for the knowledge we’ve gained through this adversity?
Which scenario do you think will bring better results? Which group is going to have a better experience and will have gained valuable insight into how to handle difficult situations the next time they arise? If you said the calm and soothed and supported group, you’re right. Duh.
No one makes great decisions while in fear. Add confusion on top of that and you’ve got a recipe for disaster.
It’s easy to see which authority figures are truly interested in your best good, by how they approach you with “bad” information.
If people truly care about your highest good, they’ll say the situation may be serious, but they’ll also offer perspectives, information and solutions that are actually good for and supportive of you and your best health, and they won’t curtail any of your God given rights and freedoms. Wow, Thanks!!
How to Know if You’re Being Manipulated
If someone is scaring you, they are manipulating you. Period. Bottom line. End of Story.
Maybe they are unaware of this fact and are scared of something, and mistakenly think that if you’re afraid, you’ll be safe too. Bless them. This is NOT how to keep people safe.
But, what if someone were consciously misleading you to keep you wrapped in fear and anxiety, which actually really just diminishes your ability to discern and weakens your immune system?
Could that happen? Who would do such a thing? What would be the benefit of misleading large groups of people through fear and trauma based programming?
If you know you’re creating your reality, you know that acting out of fear only creates more to be afraid of. Action taken from a vibration yields more of that vibration. So, take a moment to calm your body and mind to come to a place of greater clarity on the situation.
Fear creates more fear. Peace creates more peace. Decide what you want to experience more of and begin moving in that direction. Support is always available to those that want it.
Here’s to doing our part to truly support ourselves and our world in moving quickly through this tired, old, boring chapter of Fear and The Friends it Brings Along…. MORE FEAR.

Fear. We were raised with it and BY it. It’s a natural human emotion used for millennia by our own brains and outside forces to “keep us safe” or controlled. Our parents were worried for our safety so they scared us. Parents and teachers alike needing to control group behavior to suit immediate needs use fear. Need to get someone to clean their room? Threaten bodily harm.
Now, I know that not everyone was physically abused as a child, but I’d be willing to wager that more children have been indoctrinated into this fear and punishment paradigm than the one of loving acceptance where outbursts and bad behavior were met with, “Great job expressing yourself, Little Johnny!!”
We might have HEARD of someone that parented like that or maybe you saw it on an episode of King of the Hill, like I did… but I’ve never actually SEEN it in real life. Have you?
So why motivate with fear? Because it’s effective! And as parents, we’re exhausted, that’s why! It takes patience, thought and creativity to come up with supportive and truly helpful leadership tactics, specially on the fly.
So, we revert to what’s fast and easy… holler at them and threaten to withhold the ________ that’s causing the problems, that you won’t really withhold because that would cause even more of this type of outburst. OY.
Fear as A System of Control
But, what if we’re not talking about the slippery slope of parenting through fear, out of love?
What happens when we grow up and it’s no longer our parents trying to scare us to make us behave?
What if we’re talking about outside influences on ourselves and our children, not at all interested in safety and well being?
Who then might begin scaring us for reasons of control?
You know what I’m talking about. You’ve seen it and most likely felt it. Schools, society, religion, bosses, partners, friends, kids, government, big tech and the media.
Someone wants you to do something. (Your boss, spouse, child, co-worker, advertiser, government)
You don’t want to do it. (work more overtime, a long list of honey-do’s on your day off, take over the TPS reports, support their cause, wear a mask or get a vaccination)
They begin subtly or obviously scaring you with what could happen if you don’t do it. (You’ll lose your job, be in trouble with your spouse, be restricted from moving freely throughout society, OR ELSE… or else, what?!?)
Your boss, wanting you to work overtime, let’s you know other people are happy to do it, so you feel pressured to conform or lose the job. You’re afraid of being homeless.
Your spouse wants you to pull your weight around the house and you well know the repercussions of not helping out.
Your kid wants the damn candy/video games and while you KNOW it’s not good for them you give in, because you don’t have the energy for that fight.
Your government wants you to keep looking the other way while they mismanage YOUR money and launder it to people who didn’t earn it and don’t deserve it.
Your media wants you to buy into whatever they’re selling because THEY ARE SELLING IT.
I worked in radio sales for a very short time in my younger life and was floored during the sales training, in which I learned the key to selling stuff…. SCARE them. You want to motivate your audience through fear to get them to buy your product. The acronym is KISS… Keep it simple stupid. I knew in a moment, that wasn’t for me.
So, now that you’ve had some of my examples of how fear is used to “guide” or manipulate people, what are some of your own examples of how fear has worked in your life?
Were you parented through fear? What did they scare you into or out of? Did it have any long lasting effects?
Have you felt pressure to do things you didn’t want to do? What was the “CONsequence of not doing it?
Do/did you parent through fear? How does it work out?
Do you feel yourself being pressured into things out of a fear of what will happen if you don’t?
No YOU’RE Selfish
Why do some people need to control other’s? What’s the point? What’s wrong with them? Don’t they have their own lives to deal with?
Have you ever been told you’re selfish by someone because YOU didn’t do what THEY wanted you to do? Now THAT is selfish.
Once we wrap our minds around the idea of FREE WILL, meaning that you are free to make your own choices about what works and doesn’t work in your life, we can begin to see EVERYTHING as it truly is.
Clarity is a beautiful thing and seeing behind the motivation of others is the most powerful clarity you will ever gain.
When people are pressuring you… why?
For who’s benefit? Is it REALLY for you?
And always ask yourself, “Who makes money off of this deal?”
If it doesn’t make you happy, healthy OR make you money, screw it.
What’s the Point?
Understanding that each individual human (mind/body/spirit complex) came here to live, laugh, love and create on this planet at this time, has the right to choose their own experience.
When you can grasp that fear is the absence of love, and love is all there is, fear disappears.
Your unique perspective and desires are a benefit to all and you neglecting who you are to CONform to another’s ideals sells you short and doesn’t fulfill your highest calling.
You being happy, healthy and in love with life is the most powerful way for you to support those feelings in the rest of humanity.
You being fearful, unhappy, sad, guilty and ashamed, benefits only a hand full of folks that make money hand over fist from the suffering of others.
Understanding this level of manipulation releases your attachment to the very thing you’re afraid of.
When you can see that someone else benefits from your being twisted up in fear and anxiety it loosens the grip.
“HEY! Why in the world would someone want me to be upset all the time?”

Begin to notice all of the subtle and very obvious ways people are trying to scare you into doing something. Some of these folks love you and think they’re protecting you. Some of them don’t care what’s good for you at all, they want you to do what’s good for them.

Anyone else going through this right now? I know I’m not alone.
Last year a close member of my family became angry with me. Just the other day I received a box on my front door with a printed note, 2 books and the last gift I gave them, returned. Nice touch!
The note started with how much they loved me but that our relationship couldn’t stay the same if I continued my current behavior, though they haven’t seen or spoken to me in over a year. This is in reference to the way I handle myself, which is, by the way, in accordance with my own values and under/innerstanding of who I am, what I am and how I serve.
They then suggested I look up the term Spiritual Bypassing and research it, look through the book materials they left and be willing to accept new information.
Um, who do they think they are? I literally can’t remember a time I’ve insisted on any specific behavior from this person or anyone for that matter.
Is anyone else losing friends or family members because you aren’t behaving in the exact way they want you to? If you are, and feeling hurt, angry or upset, take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax. If you’re the one that did the cancelling, you’re free to do the same. Bless all of our hearts.
There is a very divisive movement going on in our country and world at this moment that isn’t intended to foster true and honest conversation. Nor is it for the benefit of either arguing party. Who benefits from all this fighting?
Remembering that we are creating our own reality is the most important thing to realize. Bless my heart. Bless my heart. Bless my heart. I forgive this situation and I forgive myself for creating it. Yes, please and thank you!
If others don’t understand that, it has NOTHING to do with you. Move through the energy of the lower vibrations and when it feels easy, send love and blessings to the individual in your own way, through prayer, meditation or some more obvious communication.
Anyone that tries to control your behavior is not focusing on their own lives and issues, therefore should NOT be relied upon for sound advice.
So, why in the world would I take that advice over my own knowing and intuition? I wouldn’t. EVER.
The extent that you buy into mentally and give a bunch of energy to anything, is the extent to which it can affect your reality. Ie… manifest, come true, or continue happening.
Understand you are matching the person or situation on a vibrational level, and that when YOU move YOUR energy around the situation, it WILL resolve. Either you’ll just feel better or the whole thing changes. And rest assured, when you FEEL better, everything changes. So quit trying to change the world by controlling outside circumstances. It’s like trying to rearrange what you see in the mirror. Everything that manifests in our physical reality is a direct reflection of our own internal struggle. Moving toward this knowing will forever set you free.
The Path of Conscious Creation
SO. This is what I do. ALL. THE. TIME… as a Conscious Creator.
I move MY energy around how I feel about things and that allows them to change in MY life. See what I did there?? “YOUR” or others thoughts and behavior do not factor into my decision making, or come into my focus. That’s on you or them. Period.
Everyone has this ability. Everyone has the free will to make their own choices. All races, ethnicities, genders have this free will ability. And not knowing that doesn’t make it NOT so. We are vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe.
Release yourself from “body identity” where you tend to live blaming and complaining about what another “body” did TO you. Expand your thinking. Expand your consciousness. The world is much larger and more complex and that’s a very cave man point of view.
Our world only stays the same because the way we are looking at it stays the same.
If you see what’s happening as an indicator that what you want is on the way, then what you want IS on the way.
If you look at what’s happening as an indicator that something terrible is happening, something terrible IS happening.
It’s as simple as that. You’re either Playing this game of Life or being played. Either might be relevant for YOUR life experience, so there really is nothing wrong with whatever your path is.
Trying to force others to conform to your path is YOUR problem, not theirs.
And while wisdom, maturity and life experience can help in understanding these truths, age is no indicator. There are plenty of young, wise folks and old fools alike. You can tell them by the way they talk and behave. Speaking negatively of others, holding grudges or behaving inappropriately towards another is an indicator of energy to move. But that goes for both sides of the equation, the perpetrator and the victim.
When you don’t know, you just focus on what’s easiest to focus on (the problem, fear, negativity) because that’s what we’re fed continuously through the news media, video games, music, movies /hollyweird and big tech.
It’s easy to be angry and self righteous, pointing blame outside of ourselves. That’s how our minds work when focusing on problems, until you understand that you are in control of your own mind and begin moving yourself in the direction of everyone’s health, joy and freedom.
We don’t deny peoples suffering or that it exists, we move through the energy we have around that suffering in order to shift the situation for everyone. No amount of physical action taken from a low vibration will bring the high vibration experience wanted. Move the energy and then take the action to achieve the largest impact.
Whichever side of this crap you’re on… Let it go. Don’t worry about it. Abraham says, “Worrying is using your imagination to create something you don’t want.” Everything WILL be alright. Because that’s what I am creating.

Growing up, my dad always told me, “Attitude is everything” and “Life is 10% what God gives you and 90% what you make of it”. He also told me I’d argue with a fence post, and that I’d bitch about being hung with a new rope, but these first mentioned ideas were the basis from which I built the rest of my life. So thank you, Daddy, you were absolutely right… about all of it. Ok, most of it. Let’s not get carried away.
I’ve been doing this work for 25 years… creating my reality. I was in my early 20’s when I read the book, The Writings of Florence Scovel Shinn, that changed my life. I knew while reading The Game of Life and How to Play It, it was all true and I could and would never forget.
The following are some basic takaways from what I’ve learned over these past 25 years. It might have been slow going in the very beginning, but has ramped up exponentially. This train is already rolling folks, jump on!
Get Tough, Girl
Daddy also told me I should have thicker skin. And as a super sensitive empath, this was quite the chore that took years to achieve. I’m still the same super sensitive empath, but I have moved so much of the energy I experienced in my younger life that even I can’t believe how confident I’ve become. My inner knowing and ease with being able to handle whatever happens has shaped my ALL LOVE and No Mercy attitude.
This reality creating isn’t for the faint of heart. You have to be strong in your faith and knowing and, flexible in your allowance of others.
I’ve listened to people laugh at what I say and roll their eyes while looking at the rest of the group like I’m airy-fairy and don’t live in the “real world”. I’ve irritated more than a few people with my incessant positivity and insisting that everything would indeed work out. Even more people have been aggravated with me for not wanting to listen to them go on and on about a problem from a negative vibration and telling them not to argue for their own limitations.
As you get more in touch with your own intuition and start living more fully in your body you’ll begin to feel energy physically. Negatively focused conversations (even from the best intentions) will clench your gut, chest or throat and make you want to run screaming down the street, tearing out your hair. I still have to remain calm while listening to people focus or speak fearfully or negatively, knowing this behavior is only creating the next opportunity for them to feel this way again. And, while maybe what they need most is more love and positivity, if I say something, it will only trigger them.
Pro Tip: It’s relevant for some to explore the lower vibrations more or for longer than is necessary for others… that doesn’t make them wrong, it’s just not right for me and maybe you.
Everyone is where they are on their own path and it isn’t always going to run in alignment with our own. Blessings of love to each of us. We are loving humans that want what we think is best, but each individual is on their own life path and Free Will is the name of the game. Deep breaths and relax.
Take Full and Complete Responsibility for Your Life
When I realized that we are all indeed creating our life by what we focus on and think about, I understood why, in life, I had gotten what I had gotten. No longer did I look to blame people outside of myself. No longer could I yell, scream or lose my shit. I am in control of my own life. I mean, it didn’t happen overnight. It actually took a few years to fully be able to pull it off on a regular basis, but that’s because it was a new concept and I didn’t have support or anyone to really talk with about what I was learning and going through.
Plus, I didn’t understand the concept of Energy at that time. I didn’t know how to feel through what I was feeling physically in my body to let it move. I mistakenly thought that if I felt something it meant it was true, it was real, it is here and if I feel it, it will GROW. Bless my heart.
That is what happens when we feel bad, emotionally or physically, and think negatively about why we feel bad at the same time. BUT, if we’ll set our brain aside and allow ourselves to experience the physical sensations in our body of the raw feeling, that accompanies the emotions, that revolves around the story… are you seeing a pattern here?
Take a moment to sit quietly… nice, straight and tall, both feet on the floor. Take a deep breath. Relax your face, jaw, neck, shoulders. Breathe slowly, deeply… in through your nose, filling your belly completely, then fill your chest, up through your neck and fill your head. Hold that for 2 and release with an audible AHHHHHHHHHH. This stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system that will calm your body without asking your brain for permission, thank you very much. Notice how your body relaxes a bit more after each breath. Feel the heart unclench and relax, the belly soften and the mind begin to ease.
Notice what you’re feeling physically in your body. Without thinking about why you feel these things soften and experience them as sensations in the body. Keep your mind occupied with soothing and comforting yourself with kindness and encouragement. If you can’t come up with your own words use these to start. Come up with phrases that are personal, relevant and really feel right for you.

Learning to take full control of your emotions and thoughts will put you firmly in the drivers seat of your own life. This has been the most rewarding and freeing part of my journey, being in control of myself. It has allowed me to gracefully navigate difficult situations in ways that truly benefitted all involved.
Lighten Up and Laugh About It
Whatever it is, lighten up and laugh. No matter the situation, me being calm and centered always yields a more favorable result. I always think of my sister, Johanna when I need to lighten a tense situation with a funny comment or one-liner. I could always count on her to throw out a hilarious zinger after I had just turned up the tension of a situation because of my own participation from a lower, chest clinching vibration. These days, I always allow myself to take a moment to breathe and feel the tension in my (chest). You can’t think straight when you’re mad, scared, frustrated, upset or worried. So take a minute. There are plenty of things that plenty of people will tell you to freak out about, get mad over, or that it’s worth a fight. Bless ALL hearts. Everything is worth moving the necessary energy around so the correct action for the highest good of everyone can be taken.
That being said, I’m from Texas and where Zen ends, ass kickin’ begins.
Make it Right
KNOWING I’m creating my reality, I will NEVER say, act, or behave as if something is NOT going to work out for me. That would be acting contrary to my own knowing. Not gonna happen.
If you’ve ever watched or participated in improvisational theater you might know the rule is, Yes, and… Yes to what’s just been said AND… what’s next… add your spin in the direction you’d like it to go. Yes, and can send you into orbits you didn’t even know existed. NO, ends the game, NO, gets you stuck.
Yes, and…. the most amazing thing happened.
Yes, and… then all my dreams came true!
Yes and… then the perfect situation presented itself that I couldn’t be more thrilled or excited about. It’s beyond all my wildest dreams of what I’d be doing or get to do. It just showed up. I got a phone call and here was something that I hadn’t even been focused on, but that had been important to me for a long time. I’ve spent countless hours thinking and talking about how to make this better or how it can be better and that someone has already figured it out. And here’s a phone call, out of the blue, that has asked me to be involved. WOW. Yes, please and thank you.
When you make things RIGHT, they will ALWAYS work out for you. No matter what they may look like at the time or in the beginning. Keeping our poise, even in the most difficult situations and circumstances. Empty tanks, empty beds, empty bank accounts are all old news. Keep your focus on what you want and intend to make everything right.
How could this work out for me?
What great thing could happen next?
How can I let this be easy?
Who is going to show up that I don’t even know about?
When we began dealing with Dionne’s cancer diagnosis, I told only a handful of people what was going on. We had already moved past the diagnosis and were emotionally, mentally and physically moving along the healing path. Me telling and retelling the story was not going to support my vision of her perfect health. When I told our core folks and asked them to tell others that would want to be told we said, this is going to be fine, we are working it out, cry about it as you need to, but we’re moving onward, upward and out of this.
And that’s exactly what we did. Our family and friend group followed our lead and we moved through Stage 4 breast cancer in 5 months. We’re still working our way out of that particular system, but it has come with more blessings that we can count and so many of them are human connections with beautiful, kind and loving people we’d never have had the chance to meet. What a true blessing and miracle that cancer turned out to be. And it’s true for us because we’re creating our reality consciously. These are always options when you make whatever happens “right”.
If you want something, make a decision. Decide what you want and move in that direction. I always encourage one to decide to be happy, healthy and abundant rather than needing any specific name, place, face or thing. We only want specific things because we think they will make us FEEL specific ways. I say, let’s cut out the middle man! How do you want to feel? The feelings will bring the things. The things will only temporarily bring the feelings and then you’ll need something else to bring the feelings. Do you see this pattern?
Decide how you want to feel and move confidently in that direction.
Throughout this journey, certainly more in the beginning, if it doesn’t feel good to think about your absolute peace, boundless joy, flowing abundance and perfect health, that only means you have energy to move around (the situation) and where ever it feels tight or uncomfortable in your body… that’s where to focus first.
Our physical body is an indicator of how our current perception of the situation is lining up with our true higher, God self. Is this the way God sees it? Do you feel good? Yes. You are in alignment with your higher God self. Do you feel bad? No. You are not in alignment with your higher God self
If you feel bad about something it means the way you’re looking at it doesn’t allow you to see the actual benefit of the situation. How do you begin to see the benefit? Move the energy.
Once you do that you’ll always be the one to make the decision. I want this or I don’t. You won’t be waiting around for something or someone else to decide.
It ain’t over till it’s over. Don’t give up. Relax. Give up the struggle. Move the Energy. Hold the line. Stay calm. Stay poised. Breathe. Relax and support yourself.
Tools for Tough Times
As many of us learned during the recent freak winter storm, here in Texas and beyond, it’s good to be prepared. Likewise, in this journey of consciously creating our reality there are things we need along the way. In the beginning, you need a bit more support getting moving, but later you’ll find it’s more about refining and fine tuning for your optimum experience. Below are some suggestions that have helped me through all stages of my growth.
I’ve detailed above a breathing technique that works every time. Your willingness to take the time to do it is up to you. Support yourself, or get support. Once this becomes a regular practice and habit, your life will literally be YOUR OWN.
Make lists of things you love, appreciate and are grateful for. Quick and easy focus shifter when you need to consciously and purposefully move your mind in a better direction.
Keep a journal of all the magical and marvelous things you’ve created by thinking about or focusing on them. Let yourself open to what these might be, often times we’ll not take notice. Take notice.
Write a script when you’re feeling good and loving and in the flow that you can read to yourself when you’re feeling angry, low, scared or upset. Don’t count on your own brain to come up with inspiring material when you’re feeling funky. Take the initiative to support yourself.
Get grounded in your body. Get out in nature, bare feet or lay in the grass, take a shower/be in water, clean or sweep. Turn off the electronics and touch nature. The EMF’s from so many of our electronics are constantly disrupting and scrambling our energy. Nature soothes and supports our highest vibrational alignment.
Start a self care routine, buy yourself a nice comfy robe and big mug for tea. Get comfortable getting comfortable. Notice where you are uncomfortable, soften and soothe, breathe and stretch. Get used to noticing what you feel in your body. This is where your clearest communications from the Divine are received and if you’re not paying attention you’re missing the point.

We’ve spent much of the last week in our back yard and garden enjoying the beautiful weather and stirrings of Spring. Cleaning up after a long, cold winter can be a daunting task and looking out at the visual devastation our garden suffered after this lingering, freezing winter storm we recently experienced was overwhelming.
The amount of dead to be cut back and put into the compost pile would make you think everything was lost. But, my understanding from many years previous experience, is that this is just part of the process. I can recognize all the work that needs to be done, but not get bogged down in it. I can see that despite appearances, things are working just as they should, not as I would have them. I don’t quickly give up on things that look entirely dead; I have too often seen that spark of life again spring forth when all seemed lost.
So, understanding this process and what I’m dealing with, I pick a task, just one task. Sweep/spray off the porch, vacuum/mulch leaves from a garden bed, buy/mix soil for pots… What seems to be the most easy and obvious task that will make me feel like I’ve really made some progress? What feels good to me? I understand the energy with which I undertake any task will flow forward into my next one.
Start with what feels good for you and they’ll all go that way.
Life is a process. The old saying that life is about the journey and not the destination is so true… and the journey is a process. We’re always in transition, from where we were to where we’re going.
Evolutionarily speaking our brain is here to protect our physical apparatus. So in that respect, notice, our brain constantly pointing out what’s wrong or could be dangerous is our old, caveman response. Long since useful to us, it’s now actually the most important thing we become aware of in ourselves and start to shift.
Science has proven we are influencing our reality by our focus and attention. So, knowing this information, it’s clear focusing on what is bad or wrong will only create more of what’s bad or wrong in our lives. This is a proven fact. It’s how the experimenter influences the experiment. What’s expected is often what we get. What do you expect? Is it what you want?
Whatever I’m facing in my outer physical reality is a direct reflection of my own inner conflict or struggle. If I can honestly accept that power and soften around my own personal struggles, removing my attention from the person or situation I have falsely blamed for all my worries and upsets, I can change my whole world, which includes individuals in it. I don’t force change on those around me, I create it myself by releasing the energy that created the situation in the first place.
Step by step
So, if I understand my thoughts and focus create my reality, then I would want to practice thinking and focusing on the best, most positive, productive solutions and situations I can think of.
And, if I also understand the physical sensations I feel in my body, attached to the emotions, are the reason I might have difficulty releasing the long-running negative or fearful thoughts, then I’d want to learn to relax my body and allow myself to physically feel better so I could easily shift my thoughts to ones more positive, powerful and productive.
This is all assuming we’re willing to let go of our negative attachments to everyone and everything. If my allegiance to or hatred for a group or individual leaves me red faced, chest tight, stomach clenched, huffing and puffing, it’s not good for me. Do I want to be happy or right? Does being right actually make me happy? How can I relax and more easily move through this tightness in my solar plexus, while constantly setting aside my incessant, unhelpful thoughts and support myself mentally? Bless my heart, bless my heart, bless my heart. This is the work.
If you you’re recently beginning your journey of conscious creation and your mind still tends to focus negatively in judgement or fear, relax. Anyone proficient at anything first had to learn about it and then practice. You can do this and it can be easy. Don’t argue for your own limitation. Let yourself think about how great it’s going to be and then move through any doubt you feel arise physically in your body.
This is the process to fall in love with.
This is the ticket to your own personal freedom. You’ve just been given the keys to the kingdom. You can be, do, and have whatever you want. You have the freedom to focus on, think about and create the life of your dreams. No one else is creating in your reality. Other peoples thoughts and opinions only affect you to the extent you buy into and allow them.
You are F R E E. Go forth and be happy, healthy, and prosperous.

I don’t know about you all…. but the last ten days have made me take a whole new look at my life. All aspects of my life, what I pay attention to, things I find valuable or intolerable, it’s been illuminating to say the least. As the last full year has been the absolute height of contrast, along with it comes clarity. Great contrast brings great clarity, and 6 degrees in Texas is great contrast. Thank you very much. I have never in my life been through that cold of temps for that amount of time. I’ve lived in Texas, for goodness sake!
I wrote the bulk of this blog before the SnowVid hit us here in Texas and over much of the U.S. so I was already thinking about how our choices were effecting our experience as we went through the “weather event”.
All day, every day we’re making choices. We make so many choices we don’t even realize we’re making them because habit kicks in and it’s no longer a choice. We just do what we’ve been doing. Because frankly, if we were to pay attention to every single detail in our lives all day, every day we’d go nuts.
Although… choices are fantastic! I LOVE choices. Choices are GREAT! But, there are different types of choices. There are choices that serve to move us toward what we ultimately want and there are also choices that take us further down a path we’d rather not travel. Becoming aware of this information will open you up to noticing when you’re choosing something you’d actually rather not.
We could have responded to SNOWPOCALYPSE 2021 in worrisome ways that would have us tied up and frozen (hehe) in overwhelm over a million frantic, scary scenarios that could possibly happen. (Faucets/pipes bursting, electricity going out, pool pump/pipes freezing, neighborhood kitties freezing, though we’d created a shelter) It would have been easy to freak ourselves out over any number of variables we had no control over; as I stood at the window looking at the heavily falling ice collecting on the four, large, old trees that surround our home. We didn’t do it, instead, lot’s of time spent breathing, calming and soothing that night… along with sending everything heat from the inside and singing “strength and flexibility” to all my neighborhood trees and anything else that needed it. It was a prime moment for demonstrating faith and acknowledging the powerful, physical energy that flows through our body when we feel worried or afraid. (or any strong emotion!) On that evening, I made my highest choice, I said “All is Well” and moved forward from there. We had done all of the physical work to care for our property and selves and now the work was to move the energy and soothe ourselves mentally.
Types of Choices
The lowest choice is the fearful or resentful choice. This is the choice we make because we’re afraid if we don’t do it, something bad will happen. We choose this option because we fear we have no other options. It’s the thing we do out of habit that we really want to stop doing but don’t know how. If it feels like it’s your only choice and it sucks… this is the lowest choice. This is the choice that will ensure that your next choice is crappy as well. BUT! Not to worry! We can come back from a lifetime of low choices, but we have to start looking at things a little differently. Namely, where do I feel that energy, physically in my body? Move that and all your choices get better.
Higher choices always feel better, stabilize situations and strengthen confidence. Higher choices are made from a place of peace, ease and with clear sight of our goals ahead. Choosing to take a moment to move any upsetting or unsettled energy puts us in a position to see all our choices for what they are and what they’ll bring into our lives. We can help ourselves make difficult decisions when we understand the concept of higher choices and how that looks in our everyday lives.
Participation. At what level are we participating in the conscious creation of our reality? Our recognition of how we’re making our choices and noticing when it’s by default, can help us begin consciously making better choices. Welcome the realization we’ve been on auto pilot in areas of our life for our own sanity and “self protection”. It would be too painful or difficult to really face the thing I’ve been allowing to silently guide my actions and decisions. Consciously choosing to participate in a different way sets us up for major change. All we need is to want more and be willing to take small steps to be better.
Interactions – In our interactions with others we are choosing who we want to be… the understanding, supportive, non-judgmental type, or the negative nay-sayer that craps all over everyone’s exciting ideas. We’ve all been both so don’t start being the judgmental, self righteous, know it all… yep, been that too. Who do you want to be in this world? How do you want to show up for people? How do you want people to show up for you? How do you want people to feel when they leave an interaction with you? Decide who that is and begin to make the conscious choice to be that person in all your relationships and encounters.
Reaction/Response – In all scenarios, where we as human beings learn or are exposed to some new news or information, we have aphysically feltemotion in response. Joy, upset, fear, elation, cognitive dissonance… all emotions, also physical sensations in our bodies. Just knowing this allows us to shift perspective on our initial, knee-jerk reaction. We have the choice to remain calm and allow the momentary storm of emotions and physical sensations (burning ears, pounding heart, constricted throat) to pass, or to burst out with harsh words and actions. Just knowing we have the choice makes it easier to choose a different response. We can actually choose to RESPOND rather than REACT. How great is that?!?
Energetically – We get to choose how we show up in the world energetically and physically. It is my daily intention to vibrate at the highest frequency available to me for everyone’s highest good, no exceptions. When you understand how important Energy is in your life, you’ll shift your focus from less important things and onto the foundational reasons you experiences what you do on a daily basis. Therefore, by choosing your focus you change, with relative ease, everything around you.
Words – Choosing our words is one of the major ways we’re programming ourselves and our world on a daily basis. What do I talk about most. Is it pleasing to me and exciting for others to hear? Or does it drag me down? There’s also an element of choosing and being in the right (for me) circles with people that are having the kinds of discussions that move forward, onward and upward. And if we don’t want to move forward, onward and upward, that’s our choice, and an excellent question and conversation to have with ourselves.
Making the highest choice for ourselves isn’t always the easiest thing to do, most of the time because we’re afraid. We don’t feel we have the support, the money, the confidence, the training to go for the choice that would really bring us our highest joy and excitement. Or maybe we’re just so concerned with pleasing other people that we don’t have the will or energy to actually figure out what we’d like to do. Moving the energy around these ideas will set you free and have you thinking of all manner of things that would please and delight you.
We’ve all been indoctrinated into a system that hasn’t shared the whole truth. We’ve believed ourselves to be at the mercy of other people, money, debt, governments, the weather, you name it. But I am here to share the good news.
We are only under the control of anyone to the extent we buy into that idea. We are, after all, Vibrational Beings living in a Vibrational Universe. We can be, do or have anything we like and from right where we are is the perfect place to start. We can make the choice to change many aspects of our life simply by shifting the way we think about things, and that all happens inside the quiet of our own mind. Find the energy physically in the body, relax, breathe, support ourselves mentally. I’m here to help.
