Crystal Nuding

My parents divorced when I was a little girl. My home life being what it was after that, I knew that to be happy and peaceful I had to graduate from high school. I had to get away and it was 11 years down the road. I was 6 years old. 

It was also around that time that my dad would wake me up in the mornings for school, and upon waking I would realize where I was and I would cry, he would tell me, “It’s a cold, cruel world girl, and you’re going to have to do things you don’t want to do for the rest of your life.” I was 6 years old. 

A recent Abraham quote brought this full circle for me…  

Make up your mind that nothing is more important than how I feel now, because now is everything. Now is the whole enchilada. Now is the power of me. Now, now, now, now, now… You might as well start somewhere, and it might as well be now. Why not start improving your life now, now, now?

I am who I am, in large part, because of that earlier scenario.

I’ve realized that the energy I’ve carried for the majority of my life is one of difficulty with the potential for ease but only after a long, long time. How far away is 11 years for a child? Yuck. 

Totally solar plexus.  And as I sit with it and it moves up into my chest, lightening and heart pounding, then relaxing into buzzing and tingling up through my throat. Now on up through my jaw, sinuses and tingling like a plate on top of my head. What a freaking relief. 

I have been unconsciously carrying that energy for 43 years. The struggle for peace, allowing it for a moment and then finding something else to struggle for or against. It’s exhausting. But, also, it’s very human. Bless all of our hearts.

I lived that reality until I knew better. And what I know now is this… 

You live in a loving and
supportive Universe. 
You get to do whatever you want
for the rest of your life.

That means if you want to be a petty, selfish, ugly, spiteful, small minded, hateful person, it’s your path. It’s all for your experience. All Blessings to you.

But, there’s always a new day and each moment offers us a fresh opportunity to be our own best, happiest and healthiest self, living for everyone’s highest good.

It’s available to each of us in equal amount that NO ONE can deny or refuse. No man, NO government.

NO ONE can stop you from using your mind in a way that can change your circumstance drastically. No physical effort required. You are free. Learn how.

The first discrimination we face, that could only then translate into our outer world reality, starts in our mind. Free yourself. 

Learn how to feel better NOW (by moving the energy) and allow your own freedom. 

We are vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe. 

Figure out what’s twisting up your NOW moment and move the energy around it.

It’s the only thing keeping it around.
