Seasons Change

Our homegrown, organic garlic

Our homegrown, organic garlic

The sun is shining, birds are singing and it’s a beautiful day here in Texas. Plus, we’ve just harvested the first of our garlic. It smells absolutely divine.

I want to rave, rave, RAVE about the weather we’ve been having. My hashtag #MilderTexasWeather has been working out for me. (Please feel free to spread it far and wide!) We’ve had bouts of nice rain and pleasant weather for the past few weeks with more on the horizon. It’s really Spring!

I’m feeling fantastic about what’s happening in the world today. Despite our difficult week last week, I am more and more clear that things are changing for the better.

Of course, we’ll still have the hold-outs that want to say things suck or aren’t changing. Some folks would rather see something bad happen so they can be right, rather than be wrong and admit life is good and everything is actually working out. There will always be small groups of people causing problems long after the majority of folks fully “get” and understand their own personal power and the influence they have over their own worlds.

Patience. It’s all happening.

Everything is beautiful and more and more people are seeing it everyday. Don’t worry too much about the negatively focused or those folks standing on the corner (or blasting FB) with signs that point out and give powerful energy to what they DON’T WANT. Bless them. They know not what they do. They don’t recognize that they, themselves, are adding more and more energy to the terrible, shameful situation they rail so hard against.

I decided years ago that I would much rather be FOR what I WANT than to be against anything I don’t want. And now that I know how our world truly works, I see how well that decision has served me.

I don’t struggle or fight about or against anything. There’s no need. I see something I don’t like and immediately ask myself what I’d prefer. It truly is as simple as that. We do have to allow ourselves to move through any old energy to the contrary that comes up, but it is much easier than trying to physically pound this world into submission.

Recognize now that good always wins and right always comes out on top. In the history of our country and world, right always prevails. Sure there are little pockets of problems, but that is natural. The majority of the people in this world are good and happy people that want to continue living good and happy lives.

If you need help moving through fear or worry, I can help. I will help you find the perspective in every situation that serves and uplifts you. It’s there when you know how to allow it.

Recognize and appreciate your experience of seasons changing. It happens daily.

Call or email me today to schedule a session. Don’t waste another day worrying or waiting for that other shoe to drop. That’s an old conditioned response that can be gone forever.

Life is supposed to be fun and you can start enjoying it today.

Much Love to you,
Crystal

BE A MAGNET
by Crystal Nuding

My life completely turned upside down (fabulously!) in October, and I was wondering how it was all going to work out. Financially supporting myself without a “job” with a paycheck for the first time was nerve-wracking and exciting, all at the same time.

Today I have a thriving practice working with businesses and individuals, doing most sessions over the phone or via Skype. The money is coming, steadily and surely – but it took months before I realized how stuck I was.

Years of doing things the way other people want them done can take a toll on you. You begin to think someone else might actually know what you should do better than you.
Wrong.

Always.

A belief is just a thought you keep thinking, whether it’s true or not. To create space for success, don’t get into some dramatic story of what’s happening and why and who’s wrong or right. You’re already attracting what you focus on, think about, talk about. If life’s going great and you’re loving it, then keep doing what you’re doing. But if you want more (or less) in your physical reality, learn how to magnetize what you want.

The grip of “what’s going to happen” can be strong, but let the energy move and it always works out. Always.

An exclusive excerpt from 4 Tips for Living a Happy Life, Crystal Nuding’s new eBook:

What we don’t want in life, and things we find upsetting, are always at the front of our minds. This is merely a habit that can be shifted to focus on more pleasing thoughts and better perspectives.

Once you become familiar with moving energy in your body, those negative thoughts won’t have such a hold on you. The energy will shift and move, and you’ll have access to a
broader, more pleasing perspective.

As humans, we’re trained from a very early age to please other people, and that they should please us. We’re taught to follow the herd and to not step out of the lines, for fear of the consequences. We’re trained by society, family and religion to expect certain behaviors from others and ourselves.

This sets us up for much disappointment.

You’ll begin to realize that living your own truth and being happy yourself creates the space for more of that in your immediate world. Your own personal joy and authenticity will be a light for those around you.

When you feel that people have to act in a certain way to make you happy, you’re constantly at their mercy. Recognize now the futility of needing others to make you happy.

Decide today that you’re going to begin looking for what makes YOU happy. It will take some focus and consistency, but you’ll get there. You’ll discover what pleases you. If you need help – get it.

Living for others will never make you happy, but living for yourself will open you up to a whole new world of freedom.

Take It Back

Tree And Ivy

I first wanted to start a Take Back The Weather campaign.

Listening to the radio, I heard John Aielii on Eklektikos mention how no one believes the weather man anymore when rain is in the forecast and everyone just expects no rain. Also, watching the thermometer hit 93 degrees yesterday before we’ve even gotten into Spring made me really think about what I want to see “weather-wise” in my life.

I took a big deep breath and let it go.

When we stop looking at life in terms of what we like and don’t like
we have a lot more peace in our lives.

It was, however, very clear to me that it is time to take it back.

Whatever “it” is for you, that maybe you think you don’t have anymore or that someone might have taken from you, take it back. Your youth, confidence, joy, abundance, happiness, vitality, satisfaction… all of these things are still here for you to experience. Regardless of your financial situation, age, gender or social status, your life is your own creation and can be whatever you want it to be.

Decide to focus positively in the direction of what you want.

So, I want milder temperatures and more rain this Spring and Summer here in Texas. How can I go about changing the weather?

For starters, I am going to stop complaining about it being so hot and dry. I will notice when I see rain in the forecast and feel confident and excited about it’s arrival. When I want to say, “Damnit, it’s hot out here”, I will instead say, “It looks like rain!” I will allow myself to feel the physical sensations in my body that come up when looking at evidence to the contrary.

Reality is only temporary, don’t get too bogged down in it.

As I allow myself to focus on what would please me instead of pointing out an obvious irritation, my mind will begin to look for more pleasing things. Our negative focus is only a habit that can be changed like any other. Small steps make the biggest progress.

Decide today to move toward what you want. Here are some statements to help you get started…

  • I will consciously cultivate what I want to see, hear, feel and experience by telling myself it’s on its way. (Everything you want is truly on it’s way to you, release resistance and allow it in.)
  • I will allow myself to feel and move the physical sensations that arise in my body when I am faced with a situation that doesn’t please me.
  • I will start talking about what I want and looking for evidence of its arrival.
  • I will focus on what makes me happy and brings me the most joy.

Take a deep breath and feel the possibility. We live in a miraculous world that has the ability to bring to you all you require or desire. Feel the simplicity of focusing on the wanted as a way of life.

Arguing for your limitation will never get you what you want. Supporting yourself in your mind while moving the energy in your body is the quickest route.

If you are ready to take back your life and need some direction. I am here to help.

Let’s talk.

Much Love,
Crystal

LOVE NOTES

What do you want in your life? What is missing? Take a moment to feel your true hearts desire. Decide what area of your world needs new life breathed into it and start there.

As you’ve heard before, focus creates reality.

How many times are we willing to sit around with a friend and talk about what we don’t like, don’t have, can’t get or have waited and waited for? But, how often are we willing to sit down by ourselves and put pen to paper in favor of what we truly do want? One easy way to do that is by writing short little love notes.

  • Write a love note to yourself. Appreciate all of the things you love about yourself and vow to clean up your act when the situation calls for it.
  • Write one to money. Give it your appreciation and write of the exciting adventures you’ll go on. Appreciate you’ve been gifted with credit to receive things you need and your ability and commitment to repay those debts.
  • Write one to your perfect partner. (attached or no) Appreciate all of the things your partner does for you (or what you want them to do.) Get excited about the love you share (or will share) and the laughter and fun of your wonderful relationship.

Do yourself a favor

Focusing your powerful mind on what you want is the best and fastest way to bring about the change you are looking for.

As Valentine’s Day rolls around and the media continues it’s never ending campaign to make you feel bad about not having the right whatever remember, you alone get to choose what and whom you fill your life with.

Take a moment to decide what it is you truly want and make the decision to allow it. Apologize to you for being so hard on yourself and begin a new love affair with your life.

Drop the old boring concept of drama being mysterious and attractive. Your happy heart and positive mental attitude will make you a magnet for all you desire.

Taming the Voices in Relationships

Our discussion last week with Roxanne was about taming the voices in relationships. It’s easy to think that other people should act appropriately so as to not upset us, but trying to control someone else’s behavior is futile. As all the parents reading this will surely agree! The only thing we truly have control over is ourselves. It might be more difficult to exercise at times, but our own behavior is the only thing we can control.

Relationships are one of the most important parts of our lives and truly help expand us into the people we will ultimately become. Allowing ourselves to feel what we feel helps us begin to make better decisions about how to handle difficult situations. When you’re in the heat of the emotion it’s more difficult to come to a peaceful resolution or even see that one is available.

Noticing how others behavior makes us feel is a great way to see “where we are”. Am I allowing my day, week or even months(years?) of my life to be ruined(affected, colored, marred) by what I think someone did to me? If the answer is yes, I have to make the decision to let it go.

We must give ourselves a break from blaming and complaining and focus our energy on what we want rather than the circumstance that caused our upset. We alone decide our day to day focus and I’d be willing to bet the person that upset us isn’t giving it a second thought. We must not give up our here and now, ripe with pure potential, to lament something that is over. (And PS… even if it happened yesterday, IT’S OVER.) Make the decision to move forward and start heading that direction.

Let’s all give ourselves a break which allows us to move through our initial reaction and begin to see that better things are lining up. My job as a Consciousness Coach is to help you relax into your feelings and not take things so personally (or seriously!). I help folks find the energy in the body and move it for increased clarity and calm in their lives. It’s all ok. Everything is going to work out. We are exactly where we’re supposed to be doing just what we’re supposed to be doing, otherwise we’d be somewhere else doing something else.

Relax and let the perfect situation unfold. When I was a little girl my Great Grandaddy Patterson told me not to worry about falling off my horse… the ground would catch me, he said. I didn’t appreciate that advice then as I was well aware how hard the ground could be. But as an adult and knowing what I know now, I am giggling recalling his gruff manner.

Life will always catch us, when we’re struggling against things that ground can be pretty hard, but when we relax and allow ourselves to flow with ease and grace, resisting nothing… we bounce.
