Listen To Yourself

The next time you’re having a conversation with someone in your own head, listen to yourself.

What are you mad about? What is the complaint? What did they do? What didn’t they do? What should they have done?

What are the general theme of these thoughts? Make a note of this, the story is less important.

Is it a recurring theme in your life?

Do these complaints revolve around the same type of situation? You get no respect, no one loves you, you’re always left holding the bag, you have to handle it, etc…

Someone not doing what they’re supposed to do? Someone not holding up their end of the bargain?

Are you not doing what you’re supposed to do? Are you not holding up your end of the bargain or relationship?

Now, where do you feel the sensation those questions, and the emotions they bring up, physically in your body?

Conscious Activity

I was cleaning up from some demo work we’re doing in the back yard. We’re taking down the roof of our shed that’s plywood, tar paper and 2 layers of shingles. And more nails than you can shake a stick at.

When we started I intended to catch as many nails as I could and be able to easily pick up any we might have missed.

As I was doing more clean up this morning sweeping and picking up trash, my eye was quickly and easily drawn to several nails in obscure areas.

It immediately caused me to think of WHY it happened so easily and what came to me was this…

My intention to be in peace and harmony (not stepping on a nail) and my intention for others enjoying my space to be in peace and harmony (also not stepping on a nail) caused me to vibrate at a frequency that, along with my participation in the expectation and conscious awareness of what I’m looking for, allowed my eyes to SEE what I was looking for. In this instance, rogue nails.

So, there can always be a reason and need to be focused in a way that’s opening the space for and empowering peace and harmony (pre-emptively clearing the nails), rather than projecting fear, defense and protection (creating the problem and then scaring folks into your solutions… look up The Hegelian Dialectic).

That would be like purposefully NOT picking up the nails and then telling someone walking barefoot in my yard, “Watch out! You’ll probably step on a rusty old nail and get tetanus for SURE!! Have fun!”

Or to bring it straight home… It’s exactly like our news media not reminding folks how to support their own immunity and providing easy steps to take that would head off illness immediately. But instead, what the news media and the pamphlet from the covid test (the PCR test was created without a sample of the actual covid virus, so it was never a true representation of who had what) DID say, was to go home and take cold medicine until you can’t breathe, then go to the Emergency Room. GREAT IDEA! Said NO ONE. EVER. WTF?

Fake test + false data + fear pushed by the media = covid.

Does this feel at all familiar to anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Can you feel the difference in those vibrations? Conscious preparation for peace and harmony or fear pushed for reasons of control.

Once you become aware, you can easily, with no fight or struggle, choose whichever you like.

When I think of what we’re seeing these days with the unconstitutional push to vaccinate everyone, even against a person’s free will, for a virus that has a 99% survivability rate, I see clearly the desperate grasp for control. I’ll say it again for those of you in the cheap seats… this virus has a 99%+ survival rate. That’s what science says.

Our military, law enforcement and healthcare workers being our first line of national defense should be 100% in control of their own health care decisions. This will not stand. Last time I checked we still lived in the United States of America.

The Simple Solution

So, how do we get around this crap? Move every bit of energy you have around every subject that comes up.

What are the conversations you keep having in your head? Who keeps doing what to you?

Be honest with yourself about what keeps you up at night. Acknowledge it in the day time. Say it out loud to yourself. Bring it into the light. Breathe deeply, be willing to soften around the worrisome thoughts or ideas and let them go. Solutions abound and readily present themselves when we shine light into those dark places.

Find the physical place in your body that feels the most uncomfortable when you’re thinking about whatever upsets you. Now, stop thinking and just be with that sensation in your body. Relax and breathe. Let the feeling pass. Support yourself mentally. Bless my heart. This too shall pass. I love you so much.

Do this every time you have an uncomfortable thought or feeling. Stop thinking. Put your brain aside and tell it you’ll think about it in a minute. Feel what you feel without thinking about why. Be your own best friend and kindest cheerleader. Speak to yourself as you’d have your child speak to themselves.

Confessions of a Conscious Creator

Everybody has problems. Every single person in this world has problems. So I thought I’d share some of my struggles with you.

Oh, hey hey, you say. I thought you were a Conscious Creator? It’s SIMPLE, you say! Create your own reality, you say!

How can someone have struggles if they’re so good at creating their own reality?

Welcome To Humanity!

Being a conscious creator doesn’t mean that you’ll never have another struggle ever again.

It does mean, however, that any struggle you face, you’ll see as a catalyst for your own growth. You won’t be totally upset by anything and it will give you a higher level of conscious awareness as to which direction you should go next to move yourself closer to what you want.

Some folks may think I don’t have any troubles, because I don’t talk about them. I really only complain about petty and non-meaningful things, quickly, and often, in jest.

In all honesty, we’re human, we’ve all got “problems”.

But, if I am really, REALLY upset or worried about something, NO ONE will EVER know.

It’s one of my tricks as a Conscious Creator to move as quickly as I can through difficulties, without including a bunch of folks in a storyline I’d rather not play out.

I’m not saying to not talk things through. What I am saying is be careful who you take into your confidence. Only share with folks that will allow you to move quickly through the hard parts to come to the best decision you can for yourself and your family.

I Confess

I say Bless my heart all the time. There are any number of scenarios that can play out during a day that might frustrate or irritate me. My answer to that is “Bless my heart!”. All day every day. This is what life is about. Moving quickly through the difficult bits. Acknowledging the minutiae and being kind to yourself makes it much easier to get through.

I promise to do better 20 times a day. Though I want to do my best every time, sometimes, I fall short. But, I don’t give myself a hard time. I breathe through, shake it off and tell myself, “I’ll do better next time” and often times do. 🙂

I have aches and pains that I have to stop my mind from making into a thing. My mind can be every bit as unruly as the next person. I just don’t give it any leeway. I understand we are vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe and I tell myself as much when my mind tries to convince me it “could” be something else.

I feel frustrated, irritated and overwhelmed sometimes. My life isn’t perfect. I don’t have everything I want. Many things can seem difficult for me. So, I don’t try to think about, worry over or fix any of them. I tell myself it’s all Energy and it’s all moving and it always eventually does. I don’t rush myself or make it a big deal when it takes longer than I’d like.

I often wish I could use my hands to change things, which is supremely frustrating because I know the most powerful and easiest way to make real and lasting change is by moving the energy. But, that doesn’t preclude me from thinking “I’ve got to DO something!” on a fairly regular basis.

I feel uncomfortable when moving through the energy of… not wanting something because it’s someone else’s idea, even though it may be a good idea. Oh my gosh. This is so childish. Yet, here I find myself sometimes.

I’m sure I could come up with plenty more, but we’ll leave it here for now.

This Is All Human Nature

Move through the energy of all negative upset by allowing yourself to feel what the emotion feels like physically in your body, without telling yourself a bunch of unhelpful stories about what those feelings mean and EVERYTHING changes. Whew. Yes, please and thank you!

Prayers for Humanity

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. I’ve been PRAYING a lot lately.

I hold the vision that each of us, in our own way, to our own higher power, are calling out for Peace and Love in the hearts of ALL during this most difficult time in our Nation’s history.

The way I pray now is much different than how I prayed when I was younger and had less understanding of the world, how it works and what God actually wants from me.

As a child my prayers always started like this…

Now I lay me, down to sleep
I pray the Lord, my soul to keep.
If I should die, before I wake.
I pray the Lord, my soul to take. 

Early Updates

I knew instinctively, at a very tender age that I couldn’t ask God for things that I didn’t also ask for other people. So, I added an addendum to my prayer…

Dear Lord,

Please forgive me of all my sins,
and forgive everyone else in the world of all their sins.

Please help me make it through the night,
and please help everyone else in the world make it through the night. 

I remember knowing, even as a small child, that not everyone was going to make it through the night. That when morning came, some people in the world would have passed away and some family would be sad about it. But, I prayed that prayer all the same. The reality of life would not stop me from asking for what I knew to be true and right and good.

I still say that prayer every night when I go to sleep. Same dang way. It always cracks me up and I am infinitely proud of my little small self for KNOWING that I want EVERYONE’S highest good. Whether I know or like them or agree with them or not.

It also has occurred to me that I’ve been praying for years for God to help us through this dark night. Whatever it is, for whomever. This dark night… we will make it through.

Current Happenings

I pray or meditate multiple times per day. When I’m irritated, upset, don’t know what to do, etc… I ask for clarity, guidance and support. I sit down and get still. I ask my higher power to be with me and help me make the best decision. This is also when I find the physical sensations of the emotional upset in my body and let it move. It’s a game changer. Everything is always working out.

I’ve added more addendums to my prayers …

Hey man! Walk with me, talk with me. (loving, friendly, familiar)
I want to see what you see.
I want to hear what you hear.
I want to say what you would have me say.
Be in my heart today, God.
Make me an instrument,
Of your Peace.
Of your Joy.
Of your Love.
All in your good time, God, not my time. 
YOUR will, not mine. 
I am open and available, thy will be done.
In Jesus name, I pray.
SO BE IT AND SO IT IS.

Whatever Works For You

You do you. Find your faith and pray joyful prayers of thanks for the good things you want for yourself and the entire world. Lay in the grass and breathe in Nature, and all the good there is in this world. Take a walk and wave to your neighbors, no matter what sign they have in their yard. Intend to see the world through God’s clear and loving eyes.

Say NO thank you, and turn off any news channel or personality that tries to divide you from ANYONE in your community. We need each other. Life is a team sport. We didn’t come here to agree on everything or to succeed alone. We came here to learn what we can and share it with others.

What I’ve learned and am trying to share is…

LOVE IS
and everything else, isn’t.
God IS LOVE
.

This is all you need to really understand, to let go of the negativity and divisiveness.
That mindset and narrative is a mistake, intended confusion. It’s not real.

What’s real is love, connection and community. If the folks you are watching aren’t emulating this you’re watching the wrong stuff.

If YOU are someone that IS projecting something OTHER than LOVE, connection and community, I’d get radically honest and ask myself why.

When people act ugly or say ugly things, it says EVERYTHING about their own state of mind, and nothing about any person or subject they are disparaging.

Energy is running pretty high these days, folks.

Keep breathing and keep looking for ways to calm and soothe the situation.

Getting Through Hard Times

We weren’t born onto this Earth to be perfect or to have perfect lives. How would we grow if things were always perfect? So learning to feel better when things look bad is key to transforming everything.

Two years ago this week Dionne began chemotherapy (along with doing many other natural things). Today she is healthy, so grateful, and happy to FEEL better. Every night when she’s able to turn over in her sleep or gets up to go to the bathroom and walks without pain she feels herself half asleep saying Thank You with every step. She remembers feeling really depressed when she was emotionally worried and physically hurting.

When you’re in pain, emotional or physical, your mind can’t focus positively. So learning how to support yourself in some key ways opens the door for big change with less effort than first thought necessary. The mental and emotional work she did while allowing support from Western medicine was paramount in her moving through her diagnosis with much more ease than many could believe.

You can only THINK as good as you FEEL.

How to Feel Better Now

I often write about moving the energy physically around emotions and have described the process many times. So I decided a couple days ago to make an audio to share with my newsletter folks and anyone that joins, as a gift. I have just gotten a new computer, as my old one slowly fades out of sight, and was practicing with my new equipment.

I didn’t initially intend to share this one. I didn’t AT ALL intend to share this one. The sound isn’t perfect. I bumped my mic. I didn’t say EXACTLY what I might have wanted to say. Because, duh, it was my first try and I was recording myself. OY. For those that don’t know me, I don’t necessarily like a lot of attention. I don’t like to have my picture taken, to be videoed, or to be recorded, because I sound like a country hick and I’ve been around enough to know how folks judge folks for things like not being perfect. Whoa. Hold on there. Who’s judging whom for not being perfect? That would be me… judging myself. See how this works?

Bless my heart. Bless all of our hearts. We’re not supposed to be perfect. We’re supposed to be as good as we can be, and do the best job we can, everyday, to get up and try again tomorrow. In my estimation, our objective is to see the world as God (The One True Infinite Creator, Universe, Spirit, whatever that means to YOU) sees it. Understanding that everything happens for a reason and we don’t always get to know why.

What others come into this life to experience and grow through is between them and their Higher Power and we have to soothe ourselves, and those around us, with kindness, gentleness, and support.

My parents lost a very wonderful young man yesterday. He worked for them on the ranch and was so kind, helpful, and sweet. I loved so much that they had him, and he had them. He struggled with things they knew about and probably more they had no clue of. The loss of that precious boy is being felt by so many. The idea of people suffering or struggling breaks my heart.

Clarity Through Pain

As I have felt through my own emotions and their corresponding physical sensations… my heart, heavy and aching, for him and his father/family, and my parents and his friends, my solar plexus in a knot. I feel a knot in my throat and find myself holding my breath. Usually during a thought that’s sad or looking at the situation from a very limited human perspective, instead of the way God sees it. Bless our Hearts.

When I notice this, I do this breathing exercise. I’ve talked about it a million times. It’s the thing that makes me feel better every time. It’s the thing that I want to share with as many people as possible so they can see and have the experience themselves of relief. From any emotion, from any sensation, relief. There’s plenty of brain science behind this, but from experience, I know.

When you FEEL better, you can THINK better.

And when you feel better, you can see there is support out there for you and that people love you and that we can get through anything. And with God, there is Grace. So whatever comes, it’ll all be ok.

Sharing My Process to Get You Through a Hard Time

So, I’m sharing it with you. Complete in it’s incompleteness. Perfect in it’s imperfection. My heart pounds now as I type this, thinking of sharing my first try. I grew up believing I should do everything right the first time. Let me just tell you that’s ridiculous. This isn’t the BEST I’ll ever do, but it’s a tool. And a powerful one at that. And tools don’t have to be perfect. They just have to work.

And in this moment I wish that he had had a tool to make him feel better. And the idea that I wouldn’t share something that might help someone because I don’t think it’s perfect is enough to make me share it, ready or not.

No one is perfect. Nothing is perfect. No life is perfect. Sometimes, things look and feel dark and difficult. But, there is always hope. If we can reach for a “just a little better” in difficult moments it will begin to ease. Soothing our body with this exercise will bypass the brain and begin to soften the body. Which will help shift our perspective and bring some relief.

So, do this breathing exercise and feel better. I love you. I want your complete and total health and happiness. Share this with whomever you think might need it, or use it, or share it themselves with someone in need.

Life can be good and YOU CAN FEEL GOOD. No matter what you’re going through and no matter what is happening in your life.

Disengaging From The Great Motivator – Part 3

Let’s look again at what fear actually is. It’s information. Really. A self fulfilling prophesy. Absolutely both.

So, what do we do with this fear? How do we use it to our benefit rather than letting it run our lives in a way that lowers our immune system and keeps us from making the best decisions for ourselves, based on our own knowledge of our hearts, minds and bodies?

The answer is this… pay attention and educate yourself.

Become aware of the motivations of others. Are they trying to set you free or are they controlling you?

Don’t blindly follow anyone off of a cliff. Keep your eyes peeled back and your britches on.

Let’s go through a couple ways fear is perpetuated.

THE GREAT MOTIVATOR EXPOSED

Projection 101

We don’t see the world as IT is, we see the world as WE are.

If we’re happy and well adjusted we’ll see things as such. But, if we lie, cheat and steal, we’ll think and accuse others of lying, cheating and stealing. When we do things wrong, we tend to think and accuse others of doing those same things.


Projection, the mental process by which people attribute to others what is in their own minds… At a social level, racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, and other malignant “othering” mindsets have been attributed at least partly to projection.

If you are accused of doing or BEING something you know you are not, there is nothing to worry about; don’t “buy in” mentally to the accusation. If you know your own heart, and I hope you do, you already know the truth.

Recognize that these are tactics used by people, both intentionally and unintentionally, to make you feel something. Usually, the effort is trying to elicit some lower emotion like guilt, shame, fear, worry or compliance.

So, if it has worked, and you are feeling upset or triggered… relax, breathe and move through the energy physically in your body while supporting yourself mentally. These can be hurtful and upsetting moments.

Give yourself the loving support you need to move through it and come to a clearer understanding of what’s actually happening.

Recognize that it’s your job to move your own energy around each upset you face, and notice if you’re projecting your own issues onto people around you.

If you are, no problem! It’s great to become aware of what’s going on and begin doing the work of “seeing about our own self”.

It’s nobody’s job to make you happy or keep you informed. Take command of your life and begin moving in the direction YOU want to go.

Also, now is the time to become well aware of the massive amounts of projection going on around us at all times. This group blaming that group and that group blaming this group, it’s never helpful.

Intend to see beyond the distractions and keep yourself centered.

What’s really going on? Who’s really doing what? What clear and factual evidence do we have on the whole subject, not just someone’s opinion? (And at this point the NEWS is just a few folks opinion, not many real facts included.)

Have you ever watched someone instigate a fight between two other people? Could you see their motivation?

What did the instigator have to gain? What DOES an instigator have to gain?

Spend more time asking yourself questions about your beliefs rather than just looking for more evidence that supports them. This is doubly important when we’re looking at negative beliefs that assume some one individual or a whole group of “like” people are the bad.

Gaslighting 101

You know what gaslighting is. You’ve had or watched another go through a love interest that was absolutely “crazy making”. Being the most attentive lover in one moment and lying and cheating with the next breath, all the while CONvincing the victim it’s their fault.

In my helping people move through difficult relationships, I have been given countless examples of this very behavior. “Can you believe they did that?” To which I’d respond, “Yes, I can.”

When you see it, it’s very clear, but when you’re in it, the story is very different.


Gaslighting is an insidious form of manipulation and psychological control. Victims of gaslighting are deliberately and systematically fed false information that leads them to question what they know to be true, often about themselves. They may end up doubting their memory, their perception, and even their sanity. Over time, a gaslighter’s manipulations can grow more complex and potent, making it increasingly difficult for the victim to see the truth.

Gaslighting has been a tool of totalitarianism for many years. Insisting on total devotion with no ability to question or dissent, even if the mandate is self destructive. Lies are repeated over and over until they are taken for truth. The way of communication is deceptive and coercive, leading you directly to the one CONclusion, that you aren’t allowed to investigate.

When you begin to notice that a very small group gains MORE money and MORE power while a large group loses freedom, you’re catching on to the game.

REMINDER

This feels like a great time to remind you, that you are a powerful, free will, individual that can be, do, and have whatever you want.

You have the right to ask questions, make your own decisions and follow your own highest path. No matter what anyone else does or wants you to do. Virtue signalers and moral grandstanders can take a hike.

It may sometimes feel as if you are controlled by others, but the tools I share with you, will put your freedom firmly into your own capable hands.

But more importantly, you’ll learn here with me, about the game that will set you free from all struggle and outside, unwanted control.

The Game is Conscious Creation and the way to win is by learning to navigate your energy and emotions. Let’s go!!

YOU Are in the Driver’s Seat

One of my sisters texted me the pic below, saying it was too good not to share, I agree wholeheartedly. Thank you, Dawnie! Tears flowed while my heart soared as I read this page. This is how I know truth.

Can you recognize what that feels like for you? Do you think that Love is the Truth? Or do you think Fear is the Truth?

Whatever you expect, is what you’re creating. Don’t worry, everyone else is doing the same thing.

You can turn to, accept and embrace LOVE in any and every moment. Releasing the fear, drama and anger for understanding, lightening up and laughing about previous upsets, which will support a more just and equitable world and environment for everyone.

But, you have to decide you’re sick and tired of being mad and blaming others for your own emotions. We’ve all been there, it’s no big deal. Just don’t LIVE there for goodness sake!!!

Take a deep breath and relax. Notice what you’re feeling physically in your body. Now read the following text, notice what your mind says about what you read.

Chapter – Healing on the Lines of Time

Health is wealth, and a well-fortified immune system is the key to good health, and the simple key to a strong immune system is happiness. The decision to accept ultimate responsibility for creating your life experience will empower you toward attaining a state of mental clarity and physical vitality. For a few moments, quiet your mind, and after breathing deeply and rhythmically for a while, consider this important question: Is the world a dangerous, fear-ridden place or is it a great adventure filled with bountiful opportunities to awaken spiritual power and transcend established limitations?

Are you making the choices you want to make or do you feel yourself going along just to get along?

You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do. (I know that got a few of you!) You CAN step out and into your true and glorious self, making your own best decisions and actually supporting a better world in doing so.

Disengaging from the Great Motivator – Part 2

We are vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe.

Fully awakening to this fact will serve you very well on your journey of Conscious Creation by releasing your mind from Fear. Which is why I’m working right now on a program that will teach you what it means, and how to, “Move Energy” or in other words, release tension and anxiety from your body. I realize how powerfully important this skill is and everyone is capable of doing it, I’m going to show you how. Stay tuned.

In the last post, I pointed out how fear has been used by many as a system of control and ask you to think about how this system presents in your own life. Do you do it? Or do you notice all the ways it’s being done to you?

Your physical body is the most advanced form of measurement of consciousness in the universe. Your intuition is the purest form of truth and information available to you and learning this language is easier than you think and more powerful than you can imagine.

The real and true science explains more precisely than ever before that the world is actually responding to us. We are, in fact (everything is), atoms vibrating, oscillating fields of energy… ultimately vibration.

Would you take a scalpel and cut vibration from vibration? Would you feed a pill to vibration? Or would you just raise the vibrational frequency to get a different result?

It seems pretty simple to me, but, it all depends on your level of consciousness. To what extent do you choose to participate in drama and struggle? First you will engage in that behavior and do, and then you just won’t, no matter what. That’s the process of evolving into a Conscious Creator and where ever you are on your journey is perfect. We all have to do what we have to do.

But, not understanding what has been proven over and over, or just not knowing about it because the powers that be prefer the old systems of control (FEAR), doesn’t make it not so. Gravity works whether you understand it or not. Same goes with energy and vibration.

The Scientific Method

The truth is the truth and facts are facts. The scientific method has been the same for a long time. Ask a question, do your research, form a hypothesis, test it with experiments (results must be able to be replicated by others), analyze the data and report the conclusions.

Science is about questioning and testing, and, questioning and testing, and, peer reviewed studies, by multiple peers and groups. So, if only one group can produce the results, that doesn’t hold up. But, if multiple people or teams have the same findings, we know this to be true.

IF a team is FUNDED by folks with a vested interest in a particular outcome, scrutinize those results and have another team NOT FUNDED by those interests also perform the exact experiments. This is truth and these are facts.

The Process of Conscious Creation

From the inner/understanding that “we live in a dynamic vibrational universe and our thoughts, attention, focus, and the physical sensations of our emotions (our divine instrument panel) are guiding us to and through our experiences and we have the free will to choose”…

What feels like it would be most helpful and would move us in the direction of what we want? Focusing on fear, separation, doom and gloom, which absolutely creates more of that. OR, recognizing that it’s all energy and it’s all moving. Free will allows us to make our own choice. Can you begin to notice when you choose fear in your arguments and reasoning? Noticing is the first part of the process.

When someone (from friend to journalist) is telling a story that triggers a negative reaction, what would be your most beneficial response? React or reflect? Are you trying to create a better world or more of the same?

Noticing we have been baited with fear (over the top or worst case scenarios), and moving through what comes up for us (mentally, emotionally and physically) around that fear, we can shift the whole scenario.

By not “buying in” you’re taking your power back and taking big steps in shifting the Collective Conscious from it’s knee jerk fear based reactions. And when that happens, the triggering situations will slow and eventually stop. Simple as that. It’s a learning curve, that just needs to be started. Join us! Let’s live in a fear free world.

On the other side of that, if you really are afraid of what you’re being told, move through what comes up around it (mentally, emotionally and physically), and you can shift the whole scenario. Perhaps a traumatic childhood (or later) memory or experience keeps you mulling over the past and reliving painful stories. But, knowing what you’ve learned here on my blog, you can soften and relax around anything to live joyfully free of fear and anxiety.

It’s a win win situation. And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. You have more control over your physical reality that some folks WANT you to know.

You are the commander of your own vessel.
Others can only create in your reality to the extent you buy into or
are influenced by their opinions or demands. 

You can tell propaganda when it’s really shiny and wrapped up neatly by reporters being paid for their services. Don’t just take someone else’s word it. Dig deeper into what they are telling you. Are they supporting your feelings of fear or feelings of peace?

Fear and the promotion of fear is manipulation. Fear porn is an actual tactic, maybe you’ve seen any number of the films coming out of Hollyweird in the last 20 years? Don’t ask me, I stopped watching.

Awareness is Key.

I do my best to allow nature to be nature.

But, as I sit and enjoy being in my backyard and I watch the birds drinking, eating and hopping around, if I see my well fed and cared for neighbor’s cat lurking, ready to pounce on them, it would be pretty shitty of me to not sound an alarm.

On one hand, I could let nature take it’s course, but on the other hand if I have knowledge that can help people, then it would be my bad if I didn’t share that information. So, if you’re in a place to hear this, YAY for you. And ME!

Properly Dealing with Fear

Fear is information, just like the physical sensations you feel in your body. Information.

When we inner/understand this and begin seeing fear for what it is, we can make informed decisions about how to handle both the fear, and the perpetrators of that fear.

As a parent, if there is an emergency situation while you are with your children….
Do you freak out and tell them every negative scenario that could possibly happen?
Do you remind them constantly they are in danger?
Or do you, do your best to calm yourself and soothe them?
Will things run more smoothly if they are calm or upset?
Would there be any benefit at all to scaring or freaking out your own children? (I’ll let you think about parenting through fear on this question)

If you are a business owner or manager and there’s an emergency at work…
Do you immediately run around telling your employees that shit is hitting the fan and they should bend over and kiss their asses goodbye?
Would it be good for your business to make everyone afraid and nervous about what terrible thing could potentially happen?
Would there be any benefit at all to scaring the crap out of your employees?

As a parent, could you sit with your children and tell them everything is going to be alright? Could you hug them and breathe with them, and tell them that whatever happened, things will work out and we’ll all get through it?

As a business owner, could you tell your employees that “things happen”, but we keep moving forward. Could you calm fears and ease hearts and assure them that whatever was happening, we’ll get through it and be better for the knowledge we’ve gained through this adversity?

Which scenario do you think will bring better results? Which group is going to have a better experience and will have gained valuable insight into how to handle difficult situations the next time they arise? If you said the calm and soothed and supported group, you’re right. Duh.

No one makes great decisions while in fear. Add confusion on top of that and you’ve got a recipe for disaster.

It’s easy to see which authority figures are truly interested
in your best good,
by how they approach you with “bad” information.

If people truly care about your highest good, they’ll say the situation may be serious, but they’ll also offer perspectives, information and solutions that are actually good for and supportive of you and your best health, and they won’t curtail any of your God given rights and freedoms. Wow, Thanks!!

How to Know if You’re Being Manipulated

If someone is scaring you, they are manipulating you. Period. Bottom line. End of Story.

Maybe they are unaware of this fact and are scared of something, and mistakenly think that if you’re afraid, you’ll be safe too. Bless them. This is NOT how to keep people safe.

But, what if someone were consciously misleading you to keep you wrapped in fear and anxiety, which actually really just diminishes your ability to discern and weakens your immune system?

Could that happen? Who would do such a thing? What would be the benefit of misleading large groups of people through fear and trauma based programming?

If you know you’re creating your reality, you know that acting out of fear only creates more to be afraid of. Action taken from a vibration yields more of that vibration. So, take a moment to calm your body and mind to come to a place of greater clarity on the situation.

Fear creates more fear. Peace creates more peace. Decide what you want to experience more of and begin moving in that direction. Support is always available to those that want it.

Disengaging From the Great Motivator – Part 1

It started in our childhood. For some, in utero.

Fear, the Great Motivator.

Fear. We were raised with it and BY it. It’s a natural human emotion used for millennia by our own brains and outside forces to “keep us safe” or controlled. Our parents were worried for our safety so they scared us. Parents and teachers alike needing to control group behavior to suit immediate needs use fear. Need to get someone to clean their room? Threaten bodily harm.

Now, I know that not everyone was physically abused as a child, but I’d be willing to wager that more children have been indoctrinated into this fear and punishment paradigm than the one of loving acceptance where outbursts and bad behavior were met with, “Great job expressing yourself, Little Johnny!!”

We might have HEARD of someone that parented like that or maybe you saw it on an episode of King of the Hill, like I did… but I’ve never actually SEEN it in real life. Have you?

So why motivate with fear? Because it’s effective! And as parents, we’re exhausted, that’s why! It takes patience, thought and creativity to come up with supportive and truly helpful leadership tactics, specially on the fly.

So, we revert to what’s fast and easy… holler at them and threaten to withhold the ________ that’s causing the problems, that you won’t really withhold because that would cause even more of this type of outburst. OY.

Fear as A System of Control

But, what if we’re not talking about the slippery slope of parenting through fear, out of love?

What happens when we grow up and it’s no longer our parents trying to scare us to make us behave?

What if we’re talking about outside influences on ourselves and our children, not at all interested in safety and well being?

Who then might begin scaring us for reasons of control?

You know what I’m talking about. You’ve seen it and most likely felt it. Schools, society, religion, bosses, partners, friends, kids, government, big tech and the media.

Someone wants you to do something. (Your boss, spouse, child, co-worker, advertiser, government)

You don’t want to do it. (work more overtime, a long list of honey-do’s on your day off, take over the TPS reports, support their cause, wear a mask or get a vaccination)

They begin subtly or obviously scaring you with what could happen if you don’t do it. (You’ll lose your job, be in trouble with your spouse, be restricted from moving freely throughout society, OR ELSE… or else, what?!?)

Your boss, wanting you to work overtime, let’s you know other people are happy to do it, so you feel pressured to conform or lose the job. You’re afraid of being homeless.

Your spouse wants you to pull your weight around the house and you well know the repercussions of not helping out.

Your kid wants the damn candy/video games and while you KNOW it’s not good for them you give in, because you don’t have the energy for that fight.

Your government wants you to keep looking the other way while they mismanage YOUR money and launder it to people who didn’t earn it and don’t deserve it.

Your media wants you to buy into whatever they’re selling because THEY ARE SELLING IT.

I worked in radio sales for a very short time in my younger life and was floored during the sales training, in which I learned the key to selling stuff…. SCARE them. You want to motivate your audience through fear to get them to buy your product. The acronym is KISS… Keep it simple stupid. I knew in a moment, that wasn’t for me.

So, now that you’ve had some of my examples of how fear is used to “guide” or manipulate people, what are some of your own examples of how fear has worked in your life?

Were you parented through fear? What did they scare you into or out of? Did it have any long lasting effects?

Have you felt pressure to do things you didn’t want to do? What was the “CONsequence of not doing it?

Do/did you parent through fear? How does it work out?

Do you feel yourself being pressured into things out of a fear of what will happen if you don’t?

No YOU’RE Selfish

Why do some people need to control other’s? What’s the point? What’s wrong with them? Don’t they have their own lives to deal with?

Have you ever been told you’re selfish by someone because YOU didn’t do what THEY wanted you to do? Now THAT is selfish.

Once we wrap our minds around the idea of FREE WILL, meaning that you are free to make your own choices about what works and doesn’t work in your life, we can begin to see EVERYTHING as it truly is.

Clarity is a beautiful thing and seeing behind the motivation of others is the most powerful clarity you will ever gain.

When people are pressuring you… why?

For who’s benefit? Is it REALLY for you?

And always ask yourself, “Who makes money off of this deal?”

If it doesn’t make you happy, healthy OR make you money, screw it.

What’s the Point?

Understanding that each individual human (mind/body/spirit complex) came here to live, laugh, love and create on this planet at this time, has the right to choose their own experience.

When you can grasp that fear is the absence of love, and love is all there is, fear disappears.

Your unique perspective and desires are a benefit to all and you neglecting who you are to CONform to another’s ideals sells you short and doesn’t fulfill your highest calling.

You being happy, healthy and in love with life is the most powerful way for you to support those feelings in the rest of humanity.

You being fearful, unhappy, sad, guilty and ashamed, benefits only a hand full of folks that make money hand over fist from the suffering of others.

Understanding this level of manipulation releases your attachment to the very thing you’re afraid of.

When you can see that someone else benefits from your being twisted up in fear and anxiety it loosens the grip.

HEY! Why in the world would someone want me to be upset all the time?”

Excellent question.

Begin to notice all of the subtle and very obvious ways people are trying to scare you into doing something. Some of these folks love you and think they’re protecting you. Some of them don’t care what’s good for you at all, they want you to do what’s good for them.

My Shadow

As an organic gardener, I’ve heard, the best fertilizer for my garden is my shadow.

Through years of experience in life and in the garden, I know this to be true.

While I was inspecting my garden this morning, pulling weeds, pinching off the side shoots of my tomatoes, killing beetles on my cantaloupe flowers and spraying lemongrass essential oil in mosquito prone water traps, it once again occurred to me how powerful a teacher Mother Nature is.

As our shadow in our gardens suggests… we’re around, looking, inspecting and being wholly aware of what’s going on in there. If you catch a pest in the beginning, you can save yourself heartache and veggies. Otherwise, waiting around, not paying attention and ignoring the issue can spread the problem further throughout your garden.

This same principle stands true in our thoughts and minds. A Conscious Creator knows that negative thoughts and lower vibration emotions are to be acknowledged and felt through rather than ignored or worse, fueled. Can you imagine feeding the pests that were destroying your garden? What if you’re doing just that, unconsciously?

What Does it Mean to be a Conscious Creator?

I’ve been supporting small businesses by volunteering through my local Austin SCORE chapter since December of last year and one of my mentees ask me to explain the term, Conscious Creator. Thanks for that!

A Conscious Creator is someone who understands they are affecting their own reality with energy, thoughts, actions, and emotions, and so navigates life without giving power to (being upset by) outside circumstances. This doesn’t mean they don’t feel the physical sensations of that upset physically in the body, it just means they don’t react to situations because of those feelings. They are thoughtful and aware, giving themselves time to understand the situation and respond in the way that will bring them the best results.

A Conscious Creator recognizes that their outside physical circumstance is a direct reflection of their own inner turmoil, therefore the work is done internally mentally/emotionally and never blamed on another.

A Conscious Creator innerstands they have ALL THE POWER to make anything happen in their own life, no matter the outside circumstance.

A Conscious Creator realizes Fear as information, notices manipulation and doesn’t respond as if their life is in danger.

Conscious Creators in Action

As we’re the only ones always with ourselves, it serves us well to be a shadow to what’s going on in our own mind. Learning to control our emotions and take a few moments before making a decision is a worthwhile endeavor. I have countless examples of when my knee jerk reaction was wrong and even more examples of something I didn’t like in the beginning turning out to be something I very much enjoyed and appreciated.

In the coming days and weeks I’m going to be posting a series of blogs about fear. So much of what I see in the world today is people living with and by fear. Be Safe! Be Careful… being the mantra for all occasions. What if you knew there was nothing to be afraid of?

If a life FREE from FEAR and anxiety sounds like a dream, stick around. We’re going to explore the reasons for fear and how it’s used. We’ll also discuss the science of Conscious Creation and how to use the information fear offers to your benefit.

But, if you’re tired of being afraid and ready to take command of your own life the next few blogs will offer you some new things to think about. Old programming can be interrupted by actually becoming aware of it and questioning it’s origins.

So, like your shadow in the garden… make sure of your shadow in the “garden” of your own life. Spend time in awareness of your own thoughts, “beliefs” and the physical sensations that accompany your emotions. These Conscious Creators guidance tools help clarify the “reason” for current experiences and keep the most important areas of focus, top of mind.

Here’s to becoming better Conscious Creators through the release of fear and anxiety. It’s all energy and it’s all moving!

Cancelled

I’ve been cancelled by a family member.

The Situation

Anyone else going through this right now? I know I’m not alone.

Last year a close member of my family became angry with me. Just the other day I received a box on my front door with a printed note, 2 books and the last gift I gave them, returned. Nice touch!

The note started with how much they loved me but that our relationship couldn’t stay the same if I continued my current behavior, though they haven’t seen or spoken to me in over a year. This is in reference to the way I handle myself, which is, by the way, in accordance with my own values and under/innerstanding of who I am, what I am and how I serve. 

They then suggested I look up the term Spiritual Bypassing and research it, look through the book materials they left and be willing to accept new information.

Um, who do they think they are? I literally can’t remember a time I’ve insisted on any specific behavior from this person or anyone for that matter.

Is anyone else losing friends or family members because you aren’t behaving in the exact way they want you to? If you are, and feeling hurt, angry or upset, take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax. If you’re the one that did the cancelling, you’re free to do the same. Bless all of our hearts.

There is a very divisive movement going on in our country and world at this moment that isn’t intended to foster true and honest conversation. Nor is it for the benefit of either arguing party. Who benefits from all this fighting?

My Solution

Remembering that we are creating our own reality is the most important thing to realize. Bless my heart. Bless my heart. Bless my heart. I forgive this situation and I forgive myself for creating it. Yes, please and thank you!

If others don’t understand that, it has NOTHING to do with you. Move through the energy of the lower vibrations and when it feels easy, send love and blessings to the individual in your own way, through prayer, meditation or some more obvious communication.

Anyone that tries to control your behavior is not focusing on their own lives and issues, therefore should NOT be relied upon for sound advice.

So, why in the world would I take that advice over my own knowing and intuition? I wouldn’t. EVER.

The extent that you buy into mentally and give a bunch of energy to anything, is the extent to which it can affect your reality. Ie… manifest, come true, or continue happening.

Understand you are matching the person or situation on a vibrational level, and that when YOU move YOUR energy around the situation, it WILL resolve. Either you’ll just feel better or the whole thing changes. And rest assured, when you FEEL better, everything changes. So quit trying to change the world by controlling outside circumstances. It’s like trying to rearrange what you see in the mirror. Everything that manifests in our physical reality is a direct reflection of our own internal struggle. Moving toward this knowing will forever set you free.

The Path of Conscious Creation

SO. This is what I do. ALL. THE. TIME… as a Conscious Creator.

I move MY energy around how I feel about things and that allows them to change in MY life.  See what I did there?? “YOUR” or others thoughts and behavior do not factor into my decision making, or come into my focus. That’s on you or them. Period.

Everyone has this ability. Everyone has the free will to make their own choices. All races, ethnicities, genders have this free will ability. And not knowing that doesn’t make it NOT so. We are vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe.

Release yourself from “body identity” where you tend to live blaming and complaining about what another “body” did TO you. Expand your thinking. Expand your consciousness. The world is much larger and more complex and that’s a very cave man point of view.

Creating Reality

Our world only stays the same because the way we are looking at it stays the same.

If you see what’s happening as an indicator that what you want is on the way, then what you want IS on the way.

If you look at what’s happening as an indicator that something terrible is happening, something terrible IS happening.

It’s as simple as that. You’re either Playing this game of Life or being played. Either might be relevant for YOUR life experience, so there really is nothing wrong with whatever your path is.

Trying to force others to conform to your path is YOUR problem, not theirs.

And while wisdom, maturity and life experience can help in understanding these truths, age is no indicator. There are plenty of young, wise folks and old fools alike. You can tell them by the way they talk and behave. Speaking negatively of others, holding grudges or behaving inappropriately towards another is an indicator of energy to move. But that goes for both sides of the equation, the perpetrator and the victim.

Old Programming

When you don’t know, you just focus on what’s easiest to focus on (the problem, fear, negativity) because that’s what we’re fed continuously through the news media, video games, music, movies /hollyweird and big tech.

It’s easy to be angry and self righteous, pointing blame outside of ourselves. That’s how our minds work when focusing on problems, until you understand that you are in control of your own mind and begin moving yourself in the direction of everyone’s health, joy and freedom.

We don’t deny peoples suffering or that it exists, we move through the energy we have around that suffering in order to shift the situation for everyone. No amount of physical action taken from a low vibration will bring the high vibration experience wanted. Move the energy and then take the action to achieve the largest impact.

Moving Forward

Whichever side of this crap you’re on… Let it go. Don’t worry about it. Abraham says, “Worrying is using your imagination to create something you don’t want.” Everything WILL be alright. Because that’s what I am creating.

The Neighbor’s Cat and Mothers

In honor of the recent Mother’s Day Holiday, I want to send blessings, love and support to all mothers everywhere! A day just isn’t enough for what you do.

September 2020… My neighbor’s cat had it’s 5th litter in my backyard. We’ve lived here for almost 3 years. 

The first three litters, I didn’t know about until kittens began emerging from under our deck, we didn’t yet know momma kitty and she was hiding. The fourth litter, I watched Momma roaming in the cold rain, big and pregnant looking for a safe place.

She’s an “outside” cat and her family backyard has two german shepherds… not an ideal environment for giving birth and raising kittens. So, we fixed up a big box and towels for her in our shed, she had her kittens and a week or so later the neighbor kids came knocking on the door asking for them. I happily handed over the box and asked them to please have her and the kittens fixed. Thank goodness THAT’s over. Ha!

Fast forward to September… 5th litter, 5 more kittens… the teenagers from her last litter still running around all over the neighborhood, we knew we had to get involved. This was not my idea of a good time. I’ve never owned a cat and certainly hadn’t planned on raising kittens. But, the idea of 5 more cats running around motivated me to action. I moved through the initial “don’t wants” and came to a place of more ease around what needed to be done. We would care for the kittens and get them adopted when the time came.

As I came to this decision and began to support this sweet little mother cat, that really had no choice in her life but to have these kittens and take care of them the best she can…. I had a really profound thought. What if I gave her all the love and conscious support… not PERFECT support, but the best and most “aware” support I can provide? Ok. Let’s do this.

She got food, shelter from the cold and rain, and lots of love. It always amazed me how she’d leave the food to receive the love. As I sat and loved on her I thought about the love and support I didn’t receive when I was a young pregnant mother. Though married, I got pregnant at 19 and felt embarrassed and ashamed. I didn’t feel as though I deserved help. I had “made my bed” so to speak and didn’t allow myself to ask for or expect the help and support I really needed.

What if, I thought. What if I gave this little momma cat the sweet, tender, loving kindness and support I needed? What if I just do the things I can do without needing to do everything and perfectly?

I think of mothers everywhere that take much of the responsibility, and get most of the blame, having only and ever done the best they could at the time. 

Can you find a similar situation in your life, that you could offer yourself, through action toward another, all that you needed but didn’t receive? Oftentimes we feel we don’t have these things to give but actually, offering what you always needed heals those tender places in ourselves that need the attention.

Realizing and embracing the idea that no mother can do it all, and we all need help, is paramount to our thriving. Also understand that we have always had what we needed, or thought we were lacking, in some form or other. If you think you don’t have your keys but they’re actually in the pocket of the pants you wore yesterday, do you really NOT have your keys? Or are you just not looking in the right place?

Though our children (pets, projects, relationships), every one of our insecurities are able to play out right before our eyes. Our outer, physical, right now reality, is a perfect reflection of our inner struggles. So being aware of this information can help you relax and soften around anything you might currently feel bad about.

ALERT – Unsolicited Parenting Advice!

What I’ve learned is this, take it or leave it. We’re supposed to love, support, teach and enjoy our children to the best of our (human) ability and then set them free to live the life they came here to live, regardless of what we’ve hoped and envisioned for them. And our perfection or being far from it has nothing to do with the success or perceived failures of our children. We all (as individual mind-body-spirit complexes) came here to do what we do, not do what someone else wants or thinks we should do. So, if you’re judging yourself based on what your child has or hasn’t accomplished, you’re missing your own point. And on the other end of that, if your child is judging you for parenting mistakes, they haven’t grown up enough to recognize these truths for themselves. So bless all of our hearts! Let everyone, including yourself, off the hook. We all came here to experience what we’re experiencing and this “choose your own adventure” is just that. You get to choose and so does everyone else.


Not knowing where this “kitten raising road” was going when it started… nearing the end I could see how this, as everything, was a lesson in letting go. (of old stories, ideas, energy, people, places or things that no longer serve us)

How to let go and when to let go have been recurring struggles I’ve created/experienced in my life.

From this level of consciousness I let myself feel my way through it without judgment or rush. “I’ll know when I know”… is what I tell myself. Because, as I have often experienced, there always comes a time when I’ve had enough and I am ready, willing and able to go through whatever I have to go through, to get where I want to be. 

Support for Mothers

We, as women and mothers (and of course some men), love our children, spouses, family and friends so much that we’ll give it all, everything we have, to someone unwilling or unable to give us what we need in return.

If you find yourself there, just BE there. Don’t struggle. Relax. Breathe. Right where you are. Feel what it feels like physically in your body to experience what you’re experiencing. Don’t think about anything. Stop and breathe. Whatever it is. It can shift. 

If we let “what is” BE, and turn our attention to a subject (or object, such as my neighbors cat and her 5 kittens) that is pleasing, relaxing, playful, fun, sweet… we can let things shift. That doesn’t mean we’re not attending to what needs attending to, it means that we’re creating our reality by selectively focusing on things that please and ease us in moments of frustration about another subject. And from the knowing/understanding of “you get what you focus on”, that’s a darn good tactic.

The name of the game is relaxation. If you are relaxed about something, you’ll not struggle against it and it can more easily turn out how you want, or in such a way that you’re easily able to flow with. We wanted our neighbors to have their cat fixed but we didn’t want to approach it from a place of frustration or judgement. Great!

How can you relax about what’s happening or “could” happen? (Is the cat pregnant again!? NO!) Keep breathing and feel through the sensations of the emotions surrounding the upset.

Can you catch yourself in a moment when you’re wanting something good to happen but are actually PLANNING on something bad happening? Just being aware that you’re doing this begins to shift your perception of what’s actually happening.

Resolution!

The kittens have been adopted, yes! And here I sit feeling the familiar painful feeling of letting go. Knowing this is the way. The natural way of things. Heartbroken, but full of hope for these sweet babes to have happy lives. We did the work, physically, emotionally and energetically/ vibrationally. It wasn’t necessarily easy, but knowing what we know, totally worth it.

Fast forward 8 months, Momma kitty got pregnant again, and had her 6th and final litter in our shed. This time though, when the neighbor kids came knocking on our door and I carried Gracie (we finally learned her name) and her 4 fat and healthy kitties next door and deposited them in our neighbors home, we were thanked so sweetly for caring for them and assured she would be fixed. YES, please and thank you. What a blessing.

We walked home filled with love and bursting with joy at the way we allowed this scenario to play out. Our sweet neighbor kids get to have the experience of raising these kittens and taking responsibility for them. It was a beautiful interaction.

So, for me, the big movement around some really tender, personal, old pain and upset in regard to my own young parenting experience was played out through the journey from irritation, upset and judgment around caring for my neighbors cat into understanding, acceptance and appreciation for each experience, mine and hers.

When we can withhold judgment and just allow ourselves to experience what’s in front of us magical things can happen. Life is happily exposing us to our limiting beliefs for our own benefit. It’s our own free will choice to take it or leave it.
